That moment when you go to (Bikram) yoga class and you realize it’s one of those days where you will just breeze through class and bend that little bit further or balance that little bit longer because it just all feels right! Love it!!

The best sweat is any and all; but, my favorite is when my son rides his bike, I run and we just go. By the end we are just laughing.

When you park a few miles a way from the start line of a race, run to the race to get in your milage for the day and you are already sweating before the race begins, then running back to where you parked.
