What is your role at lululemon?

Director of Ecommerce / Guest Education Centre.

What's your favourite part of your workday?

Birthday celebrations/baby showers (there’s a cake every week!).

How do you think others would describe you?

Passionate – I love my job, food, lululemon, podcasts, travel - basically a lot of things.

What's your favourite yoga class? Why?

I love hot yoga. It is a hard work out, and I feel incredible after.

How do you usually sweat once a day?

Running. My favorite schedule is arriving to the office, hammering out some emails and then hitting the pavement.

What’s one activity/fitness trend that you’ve been dying to try?

Bar Method. I did it a few times, and it was brutal.

What’s your biggest guilty pleasure?

McDonalds – Big Mac Meal, large fries and vanilla milk shake (yes, I know – poison).

Chip Wilson grants you the ability to switch places with another person at lululemon for one day – who do you choose?

I would be Eric Petersen, our head of Community. From the Olympics to branding to local events – what an exciting job!

What are your words to live by?

“Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?” Reminds me to appreciate every moment, touch others, make a contribution, and life to the fullest.

Each week on the blog our goal is to introduce you to a new member of the lululemon team - someone who works either on our retail floor or behind the scenes at our offices, warehouses, or factories. Today we'd like to introduce Sheena, our Ecommerce Operations Coordinator - aka the person who makes sure that everything in our online store works flawlessly!

How did you come to lululemon?

I had a friend in college who worked for lululemon, it was my first full time gig after I graduated.

What do you love about your job?

The people and culture!!!! I’m the person I am today because people in the store (Yorkdale) and in this office gave me feedback that helped me grow in to a leader. I will use this opportunity for a shameless shout out to Elise, Janice, Kiko, Misha, Vesna, Diana, Bree and everyone who helped me grow - thanks!!!!

What is the greatest piece of advice you have been given in your career?

Great things happen when nobody cares who gets the credit.

What are your tips for balancing work, your personal life, and fitness?

Schedule time for fitness in to your calendar, invite others with you to hold you accountable, make your plans for the weekend early in the week but be flexible enough to change them. Above all have integrity with your commitments. Nobody wants to be around someone they can’t count on.

If you could trade places with anyone for a week, who would it be?

Johnny Depp…and then I would spend the rest of the week staring at myself in any and all reflective surfaces.

If you were trapped on a desert island with only one piece of lululemon to wear for your entire stay on the island, what would it be and why?

I’m in love with Wunder Unders but since it’s only one piece I’ll say my gather tank dress so all my bits are covered when I’m rescued.
