We don’t think we need any reason to share the things we love. Here’s what’s been making us think, act, create and laugh this month. From their blog to this stunning book, we’re soaking up everything Design Sponge has to offer. How many Downward Dogs ‘til we can yoga-breakdance like Alex Yde? Whisker [...]
Summer, if it’s done right, is alternating bouts of heating up and cooling down; and being so busy having fun that you’ve barely got time to splash water on your face. Summer is also about gorging yourself on the juiciest fruits that nature has to offer. I love the way fruit refreshes me – it’s like a big drink of water and a shot of energy – combine that with a sharp cheese like feta or blue and you have a healthy and hedonistic summer snack.
Mint is often neglected; an aesthetic garnish to be pushed to the edge of the plate as we devour our desserts. Mint is so much more: it’s a colour; it’s an app; it’s where they literally make money and it’s easy to grow on the patio. This summer, let’s start to give mint the respect it deserves.

For all the meals she’s cooked, all the eggy chins she’s wiped, why not put a little extra effort into mom’s brunch this mother’s day? After all, it’s the most important meal of the weekend.
We adore our designers. The team recently left the office behind and “worked” in Europe for a week. (Tragic, right?) We asked Katie, our accessories designer, if we could tag along. (She mentioned luon and a faux-fur vest in the same sentence. Ooh la la.)

We eat a lot of birthday cake at the office. Almost daily, songs break out, people flock, and a decadent dessert is devoured in record time. This week was Lesia’s turn. Nothing says “it’s that time of year again already?” like a homemade treat and a song. Pavlova is the other birthday cake in my house. (I married an Australian.) [...]
