Our designers are making it safer for nighttime and early morning runners by creating reflective swift fabric this fall found in the Run: Reflection line!

Ingrid stretches her hamstrings in the daylight. Not dark enough outside to light up yet.

Reflective swift fabric has all of the same great features as our cherished swift run fabric, but it has reflective yarns woven right into the material. This means that it will never wear off, and that you will have reflectivity for the life of the garment. Another cool feature of this fabric is that you will most often see it hidden in a plaid or a stripe pattern, and will only notice the reflective yarns when they light up. Without further ado, allow us to introduce you to the Run:Reflection Vest & Skirt.

In order to capture the reflectivity of the vest, we turned the lights off and our flash on.

run:reflection vest

The Run:Reflection Vest is a perfect option for running outdoors, hiking, and cycling, especially if outside light is not optimal. It is extremely light weight and ready for the changing elements with a DWR (Durable Water Resistant) finish that will keep you dry. The reflective swift panels are hidden as silver stripes in this version of the vest, so don't worry you won't light up in line at Whole Foods.

In the daylight, the reflective swift panels are dormant and blend in with the vest.

Why We Made This:

A technical running vest great for running, cycling or hiking.

Made of swift; light weight and breathable with two-way stretch.

Reflective swift panels have reflective yarns woven in for safety when running in low light.

DWR (Durable Water Resistant) finish keeps you dry.

Mesh back panel and low armholes for ventilation.

Secure zipper pockets.

Flat seamed for chafe resistance and comfort.

Details from left to right: lower mesh armholes and side reflective swift panels, circle mesh back panel for ventilation, secure side pockets.

run:reflection skirt

The Run:Reflection Skirt is an awesome skirt to run in! It is very comfortable, and the pleats move with you and not against your moving legs. The Coolmax liner is very light, will keep you from chafing and keeps you covered through your strides. The skirt is really perfect for any runner, particularly road runners who need to be seen by cars at night.

We can see you Ingrid, check out the reflective side swift panels!

Why We Made This:

Run in the park after dark in this reflective running skirt!

Swift is wicking, quick drying, light weight and breathable, with two-way stretch.

Reflective swift panels have reflective yarns woven in for safety when running in low light.

Wicking waistband and Coolmax liner.

Gripper elastic at hem to prevent riding up.

Secure pocket for your cash, cards, keys and sport snacks.

Flat seamed for chafe resistance and comfort.

Details from left to right: Wicking waistband and comfortable reflective swift fabric, Coolmax liner with gripper elastic hem that won't ride up, secure back pocket.

Whether you choose to run in perfect daylight or at night, the Run:Reflection line will take care of your running needs and desires. Day or night, don't forget to stretch before and after your run! Namaste.

Ingrid is a yoga instructor, avid runner, and an ambassador from our La Jolla store. She is wearing a size 4 and stayed true to size in both the Run: Reflection Vest and the Run: Reflection Skirt.
