Andrea Lawent will rock your world. Her class is a rock and roll moving meditation. I’ve been to many studios and they are one of few that offer actual Spinner bikes. They are well maintained and the pedals are tight tight tight. Many studios settle for cheaper bikes, bikes which are a bit un-maintained and bikes that drag on resistance and clips where you fly out. highly recommend her. She’s one of the pioneers of spinning!

I’ve been an avid spinner for years and it’s a brand new facility. It’s clean, new and the owners, Mimi and Jason are the best. The feeling when you walk in is fantastic. No fuss just fun and sweat.

I have been spinning here for 10 years and for awhile there the city was lacking in a serious way. So I’m happy to report we have an awesome new studio to enjoy. Clean, great sound, easy to get to, central location, excellent instructors, killer music (we all know how important that is!), etc. Definitely worth checking out!!
Oh, and affordable!
