We don’t have the Wanderlust Rucksack available anymore but our desingers are always bringing out new products so there’s a good chance that we could see something really similar in the future. I’ll pass along the feedback that you’d love to see it (or something similar) make a comeback.

We can definitely appreciate that it may be frustrating if you’re looking for a product that’s no longer available. Our design team is always working to bring new designs to the floors (every week!) so the hope is that when you find something you love, not everyone will have it, and if you miss something, something you love even better will come along soon.

We share all of the feedback we receive with our design team, so designs that receive a lot of positive feedback sometimes do make a comeback, or we’ll see something similar. We do also have a few core products that are around for all the seasons, but patterns and colours are continuously changing. If there is a particular design that you love, we’d love to hear your feedback (or something you don’t love so much), so please always feel free to reach out to share!

@Mikki – We no longer have that particular style of Travel Pooch available online, but your local store may still have some. If you’d like us to take a look into inventory at one of your local stores, please feel free to give us a call at the Guest Education Centre, 1.877.263.9300, and one of our educators will be happy to help you!

I can’t stand the quick turnover of merchandise and styles. For example, you write an article about things you’d love to have for a festival that is happening right now but one of the items featured is unavailable and won’t be available for months- if it even comes back. I think it’s a greedy way to run a business. One one hand I think it’s great that you keep things interesting and evolving for your customer base but the things that people love, come back for or are just plain popular need to stick around and be available ALL the time. Does this make sense? Does anyone else feel this way?
