Was that a groan we just heard? In an effort to transform our relationship with burpees from fearful to fun, we asked one of our favourite trainers and Logan Circle ambassador, Errick McAdams, to break down the drill for us. We’ll know we’ve mastered it when we have a smile as big as Errick’s when we’re done.

Thinking about burpees make me want to hurl… but they really are awesome… for you. Tough to have the motivation to do them on your own. Easier when someone tells you to or makes you do them! It’s always nice to feel them the next day too. :)

A great modification to help keep stress off the knees in to return to with your feet hand width apart allowing the torso to remain in the proper position.

Love Burpees! Always use them in the classes I teach. I also really love 8 count body builders for the same reason.

Burpees are awesome and use them all the time in my classes. We try to land on our heels when we jump our feet back in to take the stress of your body weight off your knees.
