I loved your story! I want to work for lululemon and I hope I will get that opportunity. I live in between two showrooms and I visit them both on a regular basis. I find myself out of work right now and have decided I want to take a different career path. I want to do something that inspires me and I have a passion for. I was glad to hear that someone else made the transition from corporate pencil skirts to the Power Y succesfully !!

Hi there!

I am trying desperately to get a job with Lulu. I have applied and gone in to the store multiple times to chat with the girls and guys that are there. I feel like I am doing everything that I can to get noticed. I get along with them all the time and feel at home when I am in there.
I am wondering what I could possibly do different to get an interview! I really want to work at the Santa Monica store and I have been waiting for 2 years. I originally applied almost 2 years ago but heard nothing, so I looked at my application and made some changes and re applied hoping that would work.
The only ONLY thing I do not have on my side is work experience, but I just know I can do it if only SOMEONE would give me a chance. I am 27 and have yet to be hired for a job on my own. I am a passionate person and I love to work and would love for someone to take a chance on me.
Do you have any advice for someone who desperately wants to work just for the experience? I would do it for free!

Hi Elissa! I have a group interview coming up at one of the Chicago Locations and was wondering what to wear! I was also invited to a Group Boot Camp with the store scheduled for the hour up until the interview. Is it appropriate to wear my athletic gear to the group interview (it is immediately after Boot Camp), or do you suggest I bring I change of clothes? If so, what would you recommend? Thank You!

I noticed on the website there will be a store opening in Premium Outlets in Orlando. I found out it is not open yet but will be in a few weeks. There was a temporary showroom in Winter Park, but closed recently. Hope this helps!

Hi. I live in Winter Park, FL (an Orlando neighborhood). I loved your story and thank you for sharing. Once upon a time we had a Lululemon showroom here which up and vanished about 7 months ago. Everyone in our community has missed it and it’s energy. I would love to know if your company has any plans to bring a store back to our community? If not on Park Avenue in Winter Park, but perhaps in one of our malls? Personally I feel that Lululemon needed more street exposure to the foot traffic. There are still so many people who have never heard of your company and products, and yet I know of people in my yoga and dances classes that were completely unaware of a showroom ever existing here. I proud go to all of my classes decked out in my Lululemon workout gear and have everyone ask where I buy my clothes. Hmmm? When I tell them, they all say if there was a store here, they would go and buy some cool stuff. A few weeks ago I got a chance to go to Chicago and I visited your store at the 900 Michigan shops. Being so deperate to get into one of your stores, I dragged my husband with me and was in the store for over 2 1/2 hours deciding on what I was going to get. So many options. He even decided to buy a pair of the workout shorts which he loves. So 10.25% on tax later, we ended up leaving with 2 bags full of clothes. I couldn’t wait to get home to start wearing them to my classes! I am a proud “ambassador” of Lululemon even though I have never worked there. Just thought I would let you know how much I enjoy your products. Please bring a store to us here in Central Florida! We need it.
