we heart feedback

If you've been a fan of lululemon for a while, you might know that our products change from season to season. Inseams are lengthened and shortened, hidden pockets are added, and new fabric, colours, and patterns are introduced. Why do we continue to experiment with the fit and function of our technical athletic wear? Because of feedback.

We're out there collecting feedback from athletes at design meetings, from our Facebook and Twitter pages, and from our guests who call and email us at the Guest Education Centre. Feedback allows us to continue to innovate and make products that are better and better.

provide workout wear feedback

In fact, feedback is so important to lululemon that we decided to add the option for our guests to add their thoughts on every product on lululemon.com. This section of the website is called "we heart feedback", and you can find it on every product detail page. It looks like this:

weheartfeedback

To add your two cents on any product, click "create feedback", and follow the steps to create an account. You will have to choose a username and provide a few details about yourself.

What if I don't want my feedback to be public?

If you're feeling a little shy, we understand - actually, we request that you don't use your real name for your username. Public feedback can really help other guests make decisions (for example, I have short legs and would love to know which pants fit other people with short legs well), so we encourage you to log in and tell the world what you think! If you have general feedback, please read the next question.

What should I do if I have general feedback or something to say not related to the products on lululemon.com?

For all other feedback, please contact our team of educators at the Guest Education Centre (1.877.263.9300 option 2). They will be able to direct your comments to the right department and find solutions to any issues. We also have a convenient online form for general feedback as well if email is more your style.

what next?

Head over to our products section and tell us which tank top you want to marry, which pair of running shorts you think needs an extra pocket, or which yoga mat you prefer and why. We're waiting for you with our ears wide open!

I can’t wait to see where we are at this time next year and see how the “We Heart Feedback” tool has really influenced product design and innovation!

YEAHHHHH!!! Good work team! :) PS. that graphic is adorable. It makes me want to pull out my sewing machine.

Comment by Elissa Joy — December 22, 2009 @ 6:56 pm

elissa i LOVE the graphic too. it totally reminds me of my mom’s sewing kit and things that are made with thought and love. best part? lululemon’s gear is made with thought and love too :)

Yeah I heart feedback!

Comment by Carlson — December 22, 2009 @ 11:12 pm

Feedback really is a gift. Whether it be giving design feedback on our clothing or in the moment feedback our company stands behind…. I am happy to be part of a company that embraces feedback like a hug!

My favourite example of the company listening to the everyone’s feedback is with the speed shorts from 3 years ago. In my eye’s they were the best shorts EVER… one problem, the pocket in the back didn’t have a zipper and when you put change in it to go for a run it would fall out. The design team heard this feedback loud and clear and the following year there was a zipper on the best shorts in the world!

These are the bad boys I am talking about: http://shop.lululemon.com/RunSpeed_Short/pd/c/580/np/580/p/1383.html

And yes, I am signing in right now to write a review! :)

Comment by Shawna — December 23, 2009 @ 7:51 am

This is great! I depend on reviews from others when I buy clothes online from other retailers. Now maybe I’ll break away from my Lulu staples and try other styles. :)

Comment by Elaine — December 23, 2009 @ 11:35 am

Hi….

I was wondering if you ever thought of lowering your prices a bit? Or at least having some small sales on the regular products such as groove pants of remiz lulu hoodie. I do love lulu very much, but there are some down points to it. For example, I know lots of girls my age (12) that love your store but is too expensive to their parents. I think if you had some sales more often, then it would be 100% more popular. I am currently debating a sweater from roots $50 or lulu $98. I think you can see the obvious opinion from a mother (roots). I just think it would be helpful to have sales or prices lower. Thanks :)

I’d love to have the RUN pants in longer (TALL) length!!

Comment by Agota — December 23, 2009 @ 12:06 pm

I ordered the “wrap pants” a little while back and not only do I love the pants but not having to pay for shipping and handling is so great and my pants were delievered in 3 days. It was so fast, I wasn’t expecting that. You guys do a great job!! keep it up and I love the notifications I get frequently. Thank you!
Merry Christmas and Happy 2010

Comment by Jenna — December 23, 2009 @ 12:07 pm

I am very impressed as a CN online retailer that you offer free shipping and send promt tracking notifications. So refreshing for an online retailer especially since I don’t live near a lulu store.
keep it up!

Comment by erin — December 23, 2009 @ 12:10 pm

Ordered 3 items on Saturday, order filled Monday, items arrived Tuesday, wow, that’s FAST!!!!! I love everything I got, 2 pair pants and a hoodie. Will add comments on the items directly, Merry Christmas to me!

Comment by Danielle — December 23, 2009 @ 12:12 pm

I wish you would do the relaxed pant in navy. The fit is great and it’s perfect for hanging

Comment by Suzanne — December 23, 2009 @ 12:13 pm

Happy Holidays!

Wow – feedback. I feel so attached to lululemon. Not just the clothes…but the inspiration from the daily quotes on twitter, the great staff at the various stores I visit (loving the outlet in Orlando!), and the overall sense of well being that comes from everything lululemon is involved in. My criticism early on was the lack of men’s clothes…but it really seems to have increased. Please keep making great products and hiring amazing people.

Comment by Clarence — December 23, 2009 @ 12:14 pm

Great online experience – purchased two items last Friday, received them Tuesday and was kept abreast of my order status throughout the process. A+ online shopping experience.

Comment by Mike — December 23, 2009 @ 12:18 pm

I have been wearing Lulu lemon for two years now and I live in and love all my pieces. A few suggestions.I would love to see more tank tops without the built in bra and more long sleeved Ts. I have been wearing my Define jacket and I live the fit but I am finding that it has started to pill under the arms. I have been wearing the black with hot pink zipper. I also have it in white but have not yet worn it. I find that my pieces hold up really well otherwise.

We need you to open a store in Richmond Va. We have no place to buy good work out clothes. There is a real market here. I shop in Dc. I shop at the store in Logan Circle and I find the staff to be so helpful and nice. I never make a trip to Dc without a stop in that store. The girls always remember me and make me feel so welcome. They even recommend great places to eat in the area.

Comment by Susan Brown — December 23, 2009 @ 12:19 pm

I really miss your longer running shorts with the silicone edging that prevented them from riding up. I mean I miss them A LOT.
all your running shorts are way too short now. my booty would fall out the bottom when i run. haha

Comment by cheryl — December 23, 2009 @ 12:19 pm

I love your hoddies, own about 7 of them. I wish the bottom of the sleeves part would not wear as quickly. Had to fix already two of my hoodies. Otherwise they are awesome, very slimming design, which is my favourite part. Billie

Comment by Billie MacDonald — December 23, 2009 @ 12:20 pm

My online purchase experience was terrible, entered several times my info + credit card information and tried with Paypal and it wouldn’t take it. Finally spoke with at least 3 “Customers Educators” and purchased item by phone. After a week no email, no tracking number, nothing. Called again and my purchased was cancelled and no one notified me.

Hopefully Lululemon fix this problems soon and make buying online easier and clear. The experience was horrible, but my wife loves your gear.

Comment by Paolo Espinoza — December 23, 2009 @ 12:23 pm

First and foremost, I’m addicted to your clothes. Love, Love, Love, Lulu. Back to business, you have to make the Ta Ta Tamer sports bra in different colors. I wear my (34D which you can never get) black one all the time. I use this bra as a sports bra to run in and under casual clothes. Can you make this in white and nude? Also, can you make more??? I can never get my size.

Thanks.
Erin.

Comment by Erin Brenton — December 23, 2009 @ 12:26 pm

you run out of product & sizes waaaaaaaaaaaaaay too fast. i’d spend more money if you had more inventory. also, stock in my local shop is always not as current as the website :(

Comment by Natalie — December 23, 2009 @ 12:27 pm

I love lululemon and have been wearing the product for years and years. though i love my old groove pants, i have to say i am quite disappointed in the recent pairs I have purchased. the quality of the luon seems to have decreased substantially since I first started wearing lululemon about 6 years ago. newer pairs do not wick as well and they stretch out, whereas my old pairs are still in tip-top shape and wick extremely well. I hope lululemon takes this under consideration and invests more time and money into providing a high quality luon pant once again.

Comment by breanna — December 23, 2009 @ 12:28 pm

Please bring back rainbow crops! And tank tops in the Vitasea material, especially the racerback and “Whirl” tank (I think that is what it was called). Also, groove pants that have the seam on the side instead of between the side and back.
Thanks! :)

Hi-
Heart the fit. Heart the service.
I was looking for an item and ended up calling all stores in the US to track down. The store people at Lincoln Center were very helpful as well as the Aventura staff. Excellent product as always.

Just got headbands for my girls stocking stuffers, but they are up and coming Lululemon fans (11yrs and 12 yrs old).
It was soooo easy and quick to get something from the website. Got it two days earlier than expected. So far away – so little time.
Online shopping – quick – easy and the girls are starting to LOVE the product. We WILL see you again

Merry Christmas

LOVE your clothes! Could you offer pants sizes for “tall”…?

Comment by Holly — December 23, 2009 @ 12:31 pm

Love all my lulu pants, just wish they came in petite for online ordering :)

Comment by Teresa Alexander — December 23, 2009 @ 12:31 pm

I loved the FITNESS pant and FITNESS crop you guys had a couple of years ago which has since been discontinued. I really liked how there was a belt with a funky design unique to each color! The fit was fantastic too- a little bit of a lower rise. Can you please brings this style back??? :)

Comment by Tracey Foster — December 23, 2009 @ 12:31 pm

I find that the underarm area is always too large for me, so ends up looking/being baggy. I’d really love t wear your long sleeved tops, but can’t because of that. If you can make them more fitted to the under arm area, I’d buy a ton of tops… :)

Comment by Brette — December 23, 2009 @ 12:32 pm

I have always loved your products. In fact they are a staple of my wardrobe as I am a yoga instructor. I recently ordered two products online and for the first time found myself greatly disappointed. The dancers pant with the rollover made from cashmere are way too short and the fabric is such that it bulges at the knees. The tshirt I ordered was way too big although according to your size chart should have fit perfectly. I tried to return these items however you wouldnot accept them as the tags were off …even though I had only had them one day. Now I have some very expensive pajamas and I feel quite turned off. Lesson learned. Never buy clothing online again and never take the tags off. I would greatly appreciate a response as I have been an advocate of yours for many years.

Comment by Naomi — December 23, 2009 @ 12:32 pm

I am a Pilates instructor and I love the more ‘dance’ style pieces. Will you ever bring back bodysuits? The 5 I have are threadbear ! I do think if and when you do you need to really check the fit. The last one I tried several months ago was too long and narrow in the body – even at 4’10/90lbs. Also – wrap tops, interesting dance shorts and bottoms. PLEASE :-)

I have been a big fan of lulu for years. Unfortunately I’m not a big fan of the new pant seam down the back of legs. Its not flattering.
One of your salespeople told me it was to differntiate from competitors. I odn’t think that’s a good reason to change something that worked for so many for so long!

Comment by Julie — December 23, 2009 @ 12:34 pm

Hi Lulu!
Can you try to make another lululemon in Winnipeg. In St. Vital Mall or something.
Thanks!

Comment by Nilusha — December 23, 2009 @ 12:36 pm

You should include cheer gear for online ordering! It is difficult to purchase Canada products and stores won’t hold so I wouldn’t risk driving for hours. The only way to buy right now is online and pay twice as much(won’t do that either)!

Comment by Christina Maier — December 23, 2009 @ 12:39 pm

small size shoirts fir bustier women. My breasts pop out of all most all of your shirts…I teach and it canm be quite uncomfortable thining you are exposing. I have bought larger sizes and had to take them in to fit right. Also tights with big toe holes, Like you put on sleeves for thumbs but for feet…..just a thought..

Comment by christy — December 23, 2009 @ 12:40 pm

I’d like to see your clothing a little more affordable, it’s just too expensive for me. I also love that it’s very well made, great stitching, thicker fabrics, longer lengths in the hoodies, keep it up!

Comment by Stacy — December 23, 2009 @ 12:50 pm

Why is there still no online ordering for Saskatchewan, Canada? I already purchase quite a bit over the phone but would double the purchases if I could shop online.

Comment by Pam — December 23, 2009 @ 12:50 pm

The most frustrating thing for me is that you run out of things so fast online. I find it hard to find the products that I want from you guys since I live in a rural area so far from a store. IE: I bought a toque from the website and a week later my husband washed it by accident and it no longer fits my already small head. This is the only hat I could already find to fit my head, and I went on the website and all of the hats were sold out, and I tried to call customer service and they couldn’t tell me if the store had the hat or not.

Comment by Danielle — December 23, 2009 @ 12:55 pm

love all your stuff. Could you make the hoodies in bigger sizes. Even the size 12 does not fit if you have a DD bustline. The tops should go up to a 16. Just a thought.

Comment by sher — December 23, 2009 @ 12:56 pm

I would love to see pants in petite lengths. Pants seem to fit nicely on the waist but are way too long..I am so impressed by this company keep up the good work!

Comment by Nikki — December 23, 2009 @ 12:58 pm

Ditto on the comments about sizes and availability of styles. I find items I like and they seem to disappear from stock. A little extra inventory of popular items and sizes would improve your popularity with me.

Comment by kathy glassman — December 23, 2009 @ 1:00 pm

I LOVE all of your clothes. I would like a run short that is not so SHORT. Maybe 8-9 in inseam would be great and tight. Also, I love the hoodies but in CA the material is a little warm. How about something not so thick for CA “lululemons”

PS. Your clotes make all look great and they last forever. Keep it up.

Comment by judi warehouse — December 23, 2009 @ 1:08 pm

I have to be honest, although I love your products, the online ordering is terrible. On three different occasions I ordered clothes and 3 days later got an e-mail saying they weren’t in stock. Well…like most other websites, if the product isn’t in stock, it simply isn’t on the site, or it says out of stock. Sometimes I order items as an outfit, so when I only receive part of the outfit, I would rather not have ordered anything in the first place. Secondly, I have ordered clothes in a particular color and was shipped a different color! Finally, if something new is up on the website, my size (4) is gone in an instant. So, I rarely order anything online anymore because you never have it in my size.

I think there needs to be some changes made or you will be losing my business, and I’ll head back to Nike.

Comment by Lindsey — December 23, 2009 @ 1:08 pm

I really love hidden pockets (in tanks as well as pants) — the more, the merrier! I also appreciate tanks that have wide enough backs (but still sleeveless) so that they can accommodate heavy sportsbras without the straps showing. More colors in such a style would be terrific.

Comment by Karianna — December 23, 2009 @ 1:09 pm

I totally agree. I’ve been to the store maybe 5 times before finding anything in a size 2. I asked the salespeople to call me when they get the size in, but they said it’s against their policy. Otherwise, LOVE the store, specifically the grey/pink ariel tank (great color combo) and the grey wunder under crops made with a super soft material (great for winter).

Comment by Natalia — December 23, 2009 @ 1:16 pm

Been a huge fan for years. But so sad that instructors can’t get discount anymore online or phone! I don’t have a store within 4 hours so it really limits my shopping!!!
So glad the y tank is back!!!
Thank you!!

Comment by Kandace — December 23, 2009 @ 1:20 pm

I love Lulu! It makes working out even more fun! I would like to see you change up things more often. As lulu is growing in popularity – we are all wearing the same clothes! It is nice when you cycle your products & colors quickly, so we are all looking a bit different!

Comment by Annie — December 23, 2009 @ 1:22 pm

I love the paint – I think you guys should offer free hemming on them as well!

Comment by Lisa K — December 23, 2009 @ 1:22 pm

I love your stuff, and buy it to be delivered to ireland. you guys think of everything, from pockets to gloves. i run marathons and run wearing all your gear. keep it up

Comment by rachel farrell — December 23, 2009 @ 1:23 pm

I would love for the boogie crop to come in petite sizes. Your stores are wonderful about shortening but shortening the boogie crop would ruin the whole style of it. I don’t live near a store, so I don’t know if you already are offering it. I haven’t seen it online. Thanks for all your great stuff!!!

Comment by Christa — December 23, 2009 @ 1:24 pm

I would just like to say that I am thrilled with my purchase and it came with in 2 days. Which is amazing, Thanks so much. My BF will love his new clothes

Comment by Danica — December 23, 2009 @ 1:25 pm

Can you bring back the training pant, or something like it? Loves the reflective stipes, and the pants are very comfortable for hanging too.

Comment by Sherry — December 23, 2009 @ 1:25 pm

Love your clothes, however was disappointed that I could not simply exchange one size for another of the exact same item (which you had in stock) merely because it was on sale. Good customer service is important to me.

Comment by Sandra Burrell — December 23, 2009 @ 1:29 pm

Very impressed to find such a highly recommended Canadian company but saddened to see that the purchases I made for my wife were made in Cambodia… cant find a Canadian factory to compete?? I thought that was why you were so expensive!
Quick turn around on online orders before Christmas- amazing, I’m sure my wife will continue to love your products!
Cheers!!

Comment by Sean — December 23, 2009 @ 1:30 pm

How about tops for us well endowed petite yoginis? You have an array of fabulous tops none of which work for us.
We need shorter armholes and higher necklines .
As tops are now, it is pretty embarrassing to do our favorite inversions.
We could be accused of flashing!!!
Thanks

I just want to make a comment on how I’ve been searching online for lululemon winter jackets… I can’t seem to find them anywhere. Are they not on the site or am I blind?

Comment by Kertwink — December 23, 2009 @ 1:36 pm

I too, am a DD and the largest size is just too tight. I would love to see all the tops, especially hoodies, bigger!!

Love you all. Look forward to lululemon athletica transforming the world. I am honored to have been a part of this enterprise. I look forward to working again with the company again in the future. I will be moving to Chicago in Feb and would like to incorporate design merchandising and showroom management as a new operational initiative. Love you bunches!

Comment by Joanna — December 23, 2009 @ 1:38 pm

I enjoy the lulu experience. I buy a lot of gifts here. Unfortunately the clothes dont fit me. Have you guys ever thought of adding some larger sizes? I work out every week, and find it is difficult to purchase nice workout clothing in plus sizes. Especially in Tall lengths for pants. Keep it in mind if you are looking for another market to get into.

Comment by Jan — December 23, 2009 @ 1:39 pm

I love lulu lemon but have noticed the thickness of material in the groove pant had gotten thinner from last year. I just bought 2 new pairs. I was pulling out my ones from last year and noticed a significant difference in thickness. Please dont cheapin the quality. I have no problem paying for quality as long as I get it.

Comment by Karen — December 23, 2009 @ 1:40 pm

Ditto on the above comment about tops. A 12 is just abit too small. A 14 or 16 would be great!

Another comment I love that online has free shipping. It makes getting stuff sooooo easy! There is a store a couple times up but they dont always have what online does. LOVE FREE SHIPPING!

I had the same issue as Lindsey (#44). I ordered a pair of pants for my wife’s Christmas present on the 17th. Delivery was scheduled for Monday the 21st, which was perfect as we leave on the 23rd. I was so happy that things were going to work out. Then on Saturday I got an email saying the product was out of stock and that my order was cancelled. When I went to order another pair of pants, the scheduled delivery day was now the 24th, which would not work. To boot, the same pair that I had originally ordered was still showing in-stock on your website. I find this to be completely unexcusable in today’s modern computer era. It will be interesting to see if you really do “heart” feedback as the email I received today from you stated. My wife will not have her present to open on Christmas this year, which is awesome! Thanks for nothing I guess.

Comment by Shane — December 23, 2009 @ 1:50 pm

I love your groove pants, but I agree that the seam on the back doesn’t look as good as when it used to be on the side. Also, black is good but I love the denim material. You should do the groove pants in more colors, like dark purple, navy, brown…more variety would be fantastic. Lastly, I agree that you should make more tanks without built-in bras, I often feel as though the built-in is too big to give support, the elastic goes too far down on my rib cage. Other than that I always love what I buy from Lulu, great quality and flattering fits!

Comment by Angela — December 23, 2009 @ 1:50 pm

i would appreciate if you can simplify viewing by size, and styles available. the way the website is , it takes quite a while for me to find my size. sometimes i find an item that i want only to be disappointed to see that is not available in my size.
shopping by size eliminates a lot of wasted time.
thanks

Comment by selma w — December 23, 2009 @ 1:53 pm

I wish Be Still Pants came in 14…for that matter…I wish most styles came in a 14.

Comment by Shanna — December 23, 2009 @ 1:58 pm

I found what I’ve been looking for!
Wow, Lululemon! This is my first order from you guys and I am very impressed with the overall quality of the merchandise and ordering/shipping process. I ordered two power Y tanks and they are a perfect fit, true to size, excellent quality, love the longer length and built in bra with removeable cups- will look very professional when I am teaching pilates classes. And the free Fed Ex shipping to boot!! pleasurable shopping!!! I plan on ordering a full wardrobe from you.

Comment by Arlene Salomon — December 23, 2009 @ 2:02 pm

I love the fit of the still or be still pants, as I am wider in the hip/thigh area, but I wish they had a cute waist like the groove pants!!

Comment by Britt — December 23, 2009 @ 2:02 pm

I love my hoodie and pants, but have one suggestion:

I followed the availability of different sizes and colors online, and it was 2-3 months before I could find anything I wanted, that wasn’t a size 4 or 6. I want more instock options for girls that are size 12,and 14. (they seem to sell out really fast). Thanks!

Comment by Michelle — December 23, 2009 @ 2:03 pm

the cut/design on the hoodies are wicked … the thumb holes … long fit .. long sleeves … heavy fabric … WICKED! way to go! my only wish is that there were some more colors available … especially some earthy tones … I had a hard time finding a color I liked …

thanks!

Comment by Chris — December 23, 2009 @ 2:04 pm

Always love the product. Being able to purchase online is a great option since I’m at least an hours drive to nearest store. I’m amazed by the speddiness of the shipping- always within a couple days of ordering. Thanks lulu.

Comment by wendy — December 23, 2009 @ 2:04 pm

Love the relaxed fit pant in all black, but sadly no more available at local stores or on the website. I’d purchase a couple more if they become available.

I just purchased a gift card online for a Christmas present, and it came just as is, with no special envelope or box to either write the amount of the gift card or to make a nice presentation…I had to write the amount on the Christmas card that I enclosed the card in – awkward.

Comment by Lynn — December 23, 2009 @ 2:05 pm

I do not use your products, my daughter does and she likes them. However, I can not justify in any way, spending $100 for a pair of yoga pants or $55 for a sports bra/tank. Your prices are ridiculously over priced.

Comment by Connie — December 23, 2009 @ 2:06 pm

Solid Chocolate Brown!! I love brown and have wanted a chocolate brown hoodie FOREVER!!

Comment by Ashley — December 23, 2009 @ 2:07 pm

I LOVE the plaid speed shorts… wore them for the chicago marathon and the kansas city marathon and they really stand out in the crowd! Everyone else has black or navy on! Plus, the fit is relly flattering for a “hippy girl” – what would i give for a boy shaped figure, as all runners pants are made for people w/out hips or butts. These really look good! I bought a pair in pink too, but more plaid would rock!
Also, love the hidden zipper pocket, but a little bit bigger would be great – its just a smidge small for $, ID, and gel.

Your stuff is expensive, but the cut and quality make it well worth it!

Comment by lisa — December 23, 2009 @ 2:11 pm

I have noticed that the quality of the pants isn’t as good as when I started buying from Lulu when they just openened (I am a very long term customer, and have owned dozens of your pants and maybe hundreds of your products). I do think that the sweatshirts are overpriced as the last one I baught faded and looked worn after two washes. A huge disappointment since it cost over 100 dollars.

Also recently the customer service at the Bellevue Square store hasn’t been great. When I come in to buy pants planning to spend $400 dollars + I expect good service. Last time I was completely ignored by young inexperienced sales women. Would much have rather been at Nordstrom.

I found the service at the Victoria location was not very professional. The sales associate was very short with me on the telephone so I ordered on line instead. The free shipping and fast service was EXCELLENT!

Fat people love lululemon too. Please make larger sizes!!

Comment by sharon — December 23, 2009 @ 2:24 pm

I would like you to carry petite sizes as well as shorter lenghts. You sell a very fine product.

Comment by Michelle Lesser — December 23, 2009 @ 2:26 pm

My only complaint? Too often, my size sells out on the site. I don’t mind buying, it’s just typically not in stock.

Comment by christine phillips — December 23, 2009 @ 2:27 pm

i love lululemon stuff….i get such a thrill when i go into one of your stores and try on stuff and see how cute it is. i love the quality of your clothing too. the fun parts are the fun colors and color combinations and accents and the cute unique styles. i wish you would bring back the pima racerback tank…i love that one…all of your jackets are so so cute. your pants are way cute too but many of the stretchy ones don’t seem to fit me quite right, especially for yoga..ie the groove pants. i’m in love with lulu, the studiio dance pants, the run fitness pants, the wear it with everything hoodie, the define jacket, the shape jacket…ew lu lu….

Comment by Noqa — December 23, 2009 @ 2:35 pm

I absolutely love love love the Ta Ta Tamer but I wish it was available online in other colours besides just black…any chance of that happening in the near future??

Comment by Kerry R. — December 23, 2009 @ 2:37 pm

HI; I love your products, but I do wish you would start to create a few of your running long sleeve tops and jackets with a shorter arm length and torso lenght for other short waisted petite women like me. I find the tops too long and then I have this couple of inches of fabric that bunches up under my running jacket. You have petite pants, why not create a complete line of petite scale clothing? Also, I love the running tanks you create, but would love them to have a built in shelf bra for smaller busted women.
Just a thought,

Comment by Catherin E — December 23, 2009 @ 2:38 pm

I loved the Sensa top you sold last year — nicely tailored to the torso. I get lots of compliments on it. Please bring back this style of tank.

Please provide more options for Baby Boomers who are no longer as thin as they used to be: like size 14 for tanks and sweatshirts. Built-in bras with support, as an option.

Comment by Christine — December 23, 2009 @ 2:41 pm

I heart Lululemon so much. Thank you for making such wonderful products. Everything fits so perfectly. Please make more Bikram/hot yoga shorts soon! They sell out so quickly apparently. Thanks!

Comment by Lizzy — December 23, 2009 @ 2:50 pm

I love the styles. I use your products for casual wear. Lately, the styles can take me from casual to dinner. The over the top jacket and admiral jackets are very elegant. I love the way your jackets fit and wash. Thanks, I am looking forward to “what’s next”.

Happy Holidays Lululemon!

I give Lululemon a 99% approval overall. Truly a unique company. My only complaint? I think it’s sort of weird you don’t accept cash at your stores. Actually had to leave an entire huge order once at a store because I was only shopping with cash on hand. (My bank’s ATM ate my debit card the previous day and I don’t use credit cards.) I’m a Pilates teacher and receive a discount only in stores, not online. Due to living far away I never got a chance to come back and pick up my “finds”. Very sad.
Keep up the good work though!

Comment by Jen — December 23, 2009 @ 3:05 pm

I gave my niece a Lululemon gift card and she was very very happy!! Now she can pick out what she wants.

Comment by Sheila — December 23, 2009 @ 3:06 pm

After reading the comments on this site, I do realize that it is really hard to please everyone in the size department. I know many women have been asking for bigger or petite sizes, but my request is kind of a mix of the two. I would really appreciate it if you could make the scuba hoodies smaller and longer – as in, I can wear a hoodie in probably a size 4 that fits just right, in that it isn’t to snug and not too loose, but the sleeves are too short and it barely goes past my belly button! If I size up to a 6 or 8, the sleeves and length are okay, but you could probably fit two of me inside it’s so huge! For this reason I do not buy scuba hoodies anymore, because they just look that ridiculous on me – and I’m not abnormally skinny either! Is it possible to keep the sizes you already have, but have maybe make slimmer and longer hoodies? Thank you, I hope you will consider this! If you do – you can guarantee I will be back buying your hoodies again.

Comment by emelvee — December 23, 2009 @ 3:06 pm

I love all the clothes, and own alot, but being at least 4 hours away, we miss all the good stuff, and I find online, the new stuff is usually gone in a heart beat or you don’t get half the stuff you do as in stores. Also, it would be nice to have petite lengths, I do like that you have started adding adjustable elastic at the ankle though…I wish they all had that for us short gals.

Comment by Sarah — December 23, 2009 @ 3:07 pm

REMIX hoodie cuffs wear & come apart. Many hoodies have this problem I see it all the time. I spoke to the mgr at the Victoria store who said they have never seen the problem b4 & suggested I was doing something to cause this phenomenon. I only wash lulu w/lulu (on delicate) lay flat to dry I baby my lulu, I love it. I spend over $8000 a year (minimum) at lulu, it wont be on hoodies. However, I will buy most other items…and love them.

I find your store in metro town mall very good but i find 98.00 dollers for a sweater is kinda crazy and same with everything else but i find prices should be lowered a bit becasue if they were defiently get more stuff but i find it very expensive but overal service is great and selection was good too.

Thanks!!!

Hi there! I love you stuff but find that alot of times the fit is an issue. Especially in the tops. I have no idea why you only carry up to size 12. You should really consider including larger sizes to appeal to a larger market! We bigger gals like to look good and workout too!! Thanks for opening the forum for feedback!

I really like lulu lemon. I like the way it’s made. I prefer buying lulu lemon then any other brand as I like they quality and they are really comfy and I wish they had every day wear as well as work our wear and PJ’s. But I wish it wasn’t to pricey.

Comment by Rachel Meadows — December 23, 2009 @ 3:27 pm

Lululemon products are stylish and well made, but I was taken aback by the prices. I decided to try the Groove Pants ($98) and one exercise top ($52). Time will tell if they are worth it. I believe they would sell more if they lowered their prices.

Comment by Kim — December 23, 2009 @ 3:30 pm

I love the Deep V III Tanks. The fit is so flattering. I also love that you give complimentary hemming to your clients. Your clothes wash and dry so easy also. Thanks

Comment by Luma Sheet — December 23, 2009 @ 3:36 pm

I wish you would stop discontinuing designs that are obvioulsy “not broken”. I just found out that the original Deep V tank is being discontinued. It is the only tank you make that fits me well and doesn’t pinch, constrict, tug, etc. I have tried every other incarnation of this tank and only the original design fits me (I easily have this tank in a dozen or more colors). I have already stopped buying pants at your store because all the original designs that fit me are no longer made and none of the new styles work for me. I guess I will buy a few more original Deep V tanks (if I can find them) and then my time with Lululemon will be over for good :(

I did not heart the in person service. I was looking for a specific coloured bra and the store in New Market was extremely unhelpful and did not offer to check for it in other store etc. I had to resort to ordering it online and go figure the colour I wanted wasn’t an option.

We need a Lululemon in Moncton, NB! Would be nice not to have to drive to another province for some of your products! please please please :) And for all those people that complain about price, i’ve had a pair of pants for 5 years!!!!!! and they look as good as new!! you don’t find that type of quality these days!

Comment by Mel — December 23, 2009 @ 4:27 pm

I live in my dance pants and so does my 21 year old daughter. We love your longer lengths because we are both just a tad under 6′ with very long legs and pants have always been an issue. Or companies who make talls often come up short.

Comment by Kate — December 23, 2009 @ 4:39 pm

I am absolutely addicted to your product it is of high quality and I feel great in it. However I am nearly 60 and have had a couple of kids and hipster pants are are not a good look on me. Would you please start making standard waisted pants for us slightly overweight and/or old buggers.

Thanks

Comment by Loretta Smith — December 23, 2009 @ 4:49 pm

I love Lulu Lemon clothes. I wear them for all my workouts! Now that you offer free shipping it makes it more appealing to buy whenever I want.

One downfall is the return/exchange policy for the loot section. I think you should accept returns/exchanges for items that are in new condition. Some of us don’t live near a Lulu Lemon store, therefore, making it hard to try stuff on to find the right size.

Comment by Lucy — December 23, 2009 @ 4:58 pm

Older women love the clothes too! Problem is, many of the pants are way too low on the hip, the groove pants are the exception. Would love to see more color choices, pink & turquoise does not look good on everyone. I got some check and plaid shorts this summer and loved the look, the length (just above knee) and pockets, but again so low on the hip I looked like a sumo wrestler showing off my belly. Please bring them back with a higher waistline, pleeeeeese!

Comment by Margie Currie-Wood — December 23, 2009 @ 5:29 pm

I was given my fisrt pair of Lulu groove pants in March by one of my personal training clients and since then have bought two more. I love the feel of the matereial and the fit. I have also bought a couple of the tops and love them as well. When I wear my non lulu work out clothes I really realize the quality of my Lulu lemon collection. Keep up the good selection and thank you for making such quality work out attire. Also I just boought my husband a couple of shirts, neck warmer and hat for christmas. I am sure he will become a Lulu loyal as well. Lisa

Comment by Lisa — December 23, 2009 @ 5:30 pm

Please make some snowshoe/snow running pants. You could take your new winter trail running pants and make them “backwards” – with the waterproof material on the bum and the breathable material on the front. To make them really super, add a thick hem with waterproof material and a little hook on the bottom/front/centre of the pant to hook onto trail runners so that they have built-in gaters. Right now I alternate between wearing snow pants (way too hot) and my groove pants (hard to slide down steep parts, wet bum). Thanks.

Comment by Tippy — December 23, 2009 @ 5:33 pm

I would like to see a couple of things:
First, a size 6 bra like the crossback bra (I wear this exclusively) that has thin straps like the crossback bra and has the option of crossing or not. This bra allows for inserts and I would like you to offer the inserts as an option (for a less revealing look under work clothing). I just did a search for size 6 bras and there were none. I prefer an option without the thick straps and love the silky crossback bra straps. Also, I would like a tan or skin colour option in this bra.
Second, I would like to see a winter running pant – thick enough for 20-25 below runs. I see that there is a winter pant option but the legs are wider than would be best for running.
Finally, I would like to see some pretty running tanks that were no so fitted – some days I would prefer to have something looser.

Comment by Jeannean — December 23, 2009 @ 5:51 pm

I am an avid yogi and have a hard time finding tops to fit that have full coverage as I am a 32DD. I have worked with several of the associates in the store trying to find the “perfect” top and haven’t found it yet. The majority of lulu tops with built in support don’t work for me because I need a 4 or 6 but then “the girls” don’t have enough room and are spilling out!! I wish you had more tanks with a higher front/more coverage so I don’t have to worry about who may pop out in downward dog! I LOVE the products just wish I could find a better fit!

Comment by Laurie — December 23, 2009 @ 6:04 pm

I love the fit of your pants – just wish you had more colour choices – almost everything is black with a different colour stripe (when wearing with most tops you cant see the colour stripe anyway!). Maybe navy blue, grey, etc.?

Re: Wear With All Jacket
I love this item – washes beautifully and bounces right back to shape – comfy and cozy;

Comment by Agi Hajdu — December 23, 2009 @ 6:39 pm

I’m waiting for more fitness bags that have the ability to strap in yoga mats.
I would also like terry cloth wrist band (like the ones tennis players use) – they would be great for hot yoga.
And lululemon flip flops. Then I could have a complete yoga outfit – from head to toe.

I really like the padded cup inserts. No other yoga wear has this and I really need the coverage.
But I do find the width around the tops really tight – hard to get over my head and not comfortable for all day wear. Do they need to be so tight. I wear a size 10 for this reason when I can actually wear a size 6.
Thanks.

i love your products! lululemon is a great looking great quality clothing brand. the only things i find are your remix hoodies are too short in the body- some extra length would be nice and warm, but also they stretch out alot, is there any way to fix this?

I adore your products. My only issue is with your hoodies. The stiching on a brand-new, still in store shirt looks like it was made by a very inexperienced seamstress. There are bubbles through the seams that don’t lie flat and look like the fabric wasnt tucked under properly when the seam was made. As much as I know the grunge look is ‘in’ for the teens, when I’m spending $100+ on a sweatshirt, I’d really like it if it didnt look like it was from Walmart.

I purchased a hoodie, loved it and being a long term customer, didnt think to look twice at the quality of something I take for granted. When I got it home and realized just how poorly the hoodie was made, I returned it thinking it was a one time defect, and to exchange it. Much to my surprise all the other hoodies the in the store where made with the same ‘defect’. The sales person at Vaughan Mills was extreamly rude when dealing with my return. I have spent $1000s at lulu and the first time I had to return something… I was left with the impression sales people in your stores are ‘all fun and games as long as they are getting your money and the moment something is wrong, it becomes two-faced’
Needless to say, I havent returned to Vaughan Mills, nor have I bought another hoodie.
I have seen other people who have had their hoodies for months and the cuffs around the wrists and hood have split completely, this is not the standard of quality I’ve come to expect from lulu.

Another thing, I really liked the look of the embroderied logo in the hood, it looks professional and smooth. I find the logo thats fuzzy looks cheap and hastly made.

I dont mind paying the money for quality, but if I’m purchasing your clothing at the prices they are at, I’m expecting good quality.

Comment by Ember — December 23, 2009 @ 7:25 pm

98.00 for a pair of athletic pants is a bit expensive in my mind, however, I pay the price as I love how your pants shape my body so nicely and fit fabuously!
However, I have found pilling with your pants. I hand wash my LuLu pants seperately and I dont’ wear them for rigourous activity. For the price, I don’t think I should have to deal with the piling problem!

Comment by Kay — December 23, 2009 @ 7:29 pm

I really love Lululemon! The designs, the styles, the quality of the clothing, the bright colors – there are so many wonderful things.

However, what I would really like to see is Lululemon becoming a leader for sustainable products. As a consumer, I would love to see a “carbon footprint” for each article of clothing along with some sort of Lululemon “sustainability” rating. The sustainability rating would take into account life cycle costs, recyclability, reusability, etc.

Lululemon’s clothing is not inexpensive and I want to know that my money is doing more than just giving me an awesome wardrobe. I want to know that the clothing was produced by people working in a healthy, safe, and positive workplace.

I want to know that my dollars are also buying clothing that exploits the newest eco-fabrics, uses energy-efficient machinery, and maybe even that all of the Lululemon energy is being offset with renewable energy credits to purchase wind, solar, biomass, and any of the latest renewable energy technologies.

Another big plus would be knowing that purchasing from Lululemon was creating jobs for other Americans in distressed situations.

Basically – I want to know that I’m investing in a paradigm shift when it comes to buying Lululemon clothing (less, quality clothing) where the worth of the clothing is not simply in the value of the product, but the sustainable life-cycle.

Comment by Elisa — December 23, 2009 @ 7:38 pm

I love Lululemon clothes. I think though that it would be really nice to have zip off arms on some of the garments (like hoodies) so that you can have a running vest.

I submitted feedback (that never showed up)regarding the Mesh Headwrap and also called the CS line. The reversable color is NOT pink like show on the website but it has not been changed.

I will never use your company again. I attempted three times to order on line. Twice you cancelled my order because “you were unable to reach me to verify for securiaty purposes” however, there were no phone calls on my caller ID from you. Finally, on the third attempt, I was able to order – then you sent the wrong size. Your product is excellent, however the unreliability of your company and the hassle of interface with customers is such that i will not shop from your company again.

Love the durability and quality. My wish list: Wider-set straps for petit shoulders (makes me look more balanced), more colors for pale skin that is not freckled (greens, rusts, green-based turquoises, and autumn colors look bad on me), fold-over pants with nice designs on the fold-over, and finally, crops that are shorter, i.e. just above the knee, and straight as opposed to like running tights. I find I love the idea of Lululemon, but everything seems made for wide shoulders and olive/tan skin.

Comment by Adrienne — December 23, 2009 @ 8:20 pm

love the longs sleeve t-shirts. although there are not enough of them. it’s an all year round item and i keep going online or in store to grab more and there are none. it’s a bummer. i own what you’ve made. make more. i love the striped ones! and love the thumb holes.

also, really love the tanks. love the deep v like the comment before mine. i have a large rather than small chest and LOVE that i can wear these tanks and get enough support for bikram without bra under.

you need more long sleeve fleeces, too. love the ruched (sp?) one. got it in two colors although was super hard to find…

maybe you could offer a frequent buyers card and give some something for your tenth purchase. usually that would put you at about $700-1000. that’s a pretty good customer, right?

you are doing a great job! love your stuff. the girls stuff needs to get online asap!!!

Comment by betsy o — December 23, 2009 @ 8:26 pm

I would love to see more racer back sports bras geared towards high impact workouts. I tried the Ta Ta Tamer in Michigan and despite the instructions on the card, myself and 2 petite sales ladies could not get it to fit as racerback style. We are not talking DD’s here, simply 34D. I too would like to see a reduction in price at least once since a good outfit can set you back $150 which you would only wear for an hour (or at least I would)
Suggestion for the website, maybe allow shoppers to set up a profile with their size and they can shop for what is available in their size?

Comment by Steph — December 23, 2009 @ 8:41 pm

i’m sure i’m reiterating some comments made previously but big breasts need love too!! i love lulu products (so says my bank account :) ) and have invested in many a lulu practice crop/pant but have nothing to wear on top! well not nothing…but you know what i mean :)

a tank that would allow us big breasted folks to wear a substantial sports bra underneath or tanks that would allow proper bra support, full coverage and perhaps a little less to worry about when it comes to inversions :P

I am so glad I decided to checkout your website. I love your products but often my size is not available in the stores. I think LuLulemo should create a separate line all-together for youngsters and at good prices, I live in Canada and like how La Senza has La Senza Girl, why not be competitive? Just remember with inflation, the economy and credit card rates going up, your pricing strategy needs to meet the needs of their parents, and your sals will literally go through the roof.

I love LuLuLemon too, the only other comment I can give is to allow more people to be ambassadors, and not just fitness/yoga people, even people who just want to be LuLu all the time, I know I’d love to!

Comment by Ayeesha — December 23, 2009 @ 10:39 pm

Your clothes fit fabulously! They can find a way to fit many different body types. My only suggestion is that you make your pants in tall and short sizes. I do know that you have free hemming but when you tend to have to cut off many inches the pants and flare just don’t fit the same anymore :(

Comment by TJ — December 23, 2009 @ 11:12 pm

such wonderful athletic clothing. I love the fabric and length of the court shorts, as well as the pockets (haven’t tried them for tennis yet though!). Another great part of these shorts is the elastic/drawstring waistband, so comfy. They are my new favorite shorts to wear for pilates, going to the gym, or even playing soccer! Also with the arrival of winter, I just picked up the fever toque hat. hands down best beanie I have owned. The thick weave keeps out the wind and keeps my head warm, and the inner lining is great for warmth and comfort. I have not disliked one article of clothing from lu. The pacific beach hoodies are also wonderful and heavy duty for staying warm in the cold! the size of the hoodies throw me off a bit though. I’m 5’10″ 165, and I always think the medium is a little small, but the large is a little more baggy than i’d like. I go with the large and it works, but it feels a touch too big. thanks a bunch for your wonderful product.

Comment by Adam — December 23, 2009 @ 11:29 pm

I love your racerbacks and Power Y-tanks. I would like to see a larger selection of relaxed-fit bottoms, whether they be cropped, long, or shorts.

I definitely agree with other customers who noted that your prices are very steep. I would also like to see more pants and tank tops on the loot section, which is where I have been buying so far.

Comment by Michele — December 23, 2009 @ 11:38 pm

More long sleeve, very light-weight workout tops for those of us of a certain age who’d rather not go with tank tops or sleeveless. Love your soft thin long-sleeved shirts (don’t recall the name, but they are pretty sheer, and have the LuLu Lemon print all over them–come in both crew neck and v-neck), but I just stuck my finger through one as I was pushing up my sleeve! That’s too flimsy for an $88.00 top, though I treasure it enough that I’ll have the rip stitched up rather than tossing it.

Comment by Sharon — December 23, 2009 @ 11:41 pm

I absolutely LOVE your products, but am limited to the random splurge on an item I promise to “wear to death” to justify the price. Although the products are (in my opinion) better than most other altheltic brands, but for the price I can usually get 2 items for the price of 1. Maybe even a store card, or weekly sale item would help tremendously.

Comment by Ana — December 24, 2009 @ 12:01 am

Absolutely love lululemon! It would be nice to see a “petite” inseam in the pants for us short girls. Regular inseam is usually still too long and hemming doesn’t always work out for the best! That perfect fit as you try them on would be great! :)

Love, Love, Love Lulu – wishing for more inventory in size 12-14. Always the 1st to go in store and online. I would spend more $ if available. Also, loving the staff T (with same inspirational quotes as the re-usable bag.) I want to have them too. Thanks.

Hi All!!

The quality of the clothing is not good. They don´t last for the money they cost eventhough the designs are original in the long run is not worthy.

Keep improving!!

Comment by Maite — December 24, 2009 @ 1:40 am

Lululemon products fit really well. They are stylish and well made. However, the new stuff online is gone so fast! Can you stock them up quicker?
I really would like to see more tanks like the Fitness Tank or the Action Tank as I don’t like wearing bra tops, they make me feel so ‘bare’ in the gym.
I don’t have long lean legs, style like the Groove Crop makes my legs look short and chubby so those with a shorter style like the Astro Crop is what I am after.
Thanks.

Comment by Fergie — December 24, 2009 @ 5:41 am

This is a wonderfully comfortable, yet fit and firm feeling pant. I practice a rather vigorous style of yoga and I need a pant that wont stretch out after one class. These pants stay true to form, and conform nicely to my body. They material is a perfect blend which keeps my body at the right temperature; not too hot, not too cold. My only concern is that they feel smaller than their listed size. I normally wear a 4, and the 4 felt more like a 2. However, my other Lululemon pants fit truer to size.

oops- i posted the wrong comment in the wrong place. The above refers to the “groove pant.” Otherwise, Lululemon is wonderful. I got to take advantage of the awesome free over night fedex before the holiday!

I love my be still pants…I have a few pairs and find myself constantly reaching for them over all my other comfy pants!!

Comment by Kristen — December 24, 2009 @ 7:06 am

Luv my Lulu, the fit and styles are great. The only thing that bothers me is the pilling of the pants despite following the instructions to a T on how to care for them. After dropping about $100 with taxes on pants, I would expect them to last more than a couple of months without feeling bumps all over my thighs and the backside. If the prices were lowered, that wouldn’t be bad either. :) Make it more affordable.

Also put a store in Markham, Ontario. Makes buying, hemming, and picking up easier!

Luv the free shipping idea! Good for you and thanks. :)

I am a hardcore lulu shopper, congratulations on your creations! I would really like to see a bra which is cataloged as “High” in support!

Happy holidays

My on line experience was very poor. Wrong stuff sent, in wrong sizes, and then you make me pay for the return shipping. I spent close to $700 on various clothing for family members and returned half of it at my own expense (and many now not in stock). Your clothing is expensive but worth it. However my on-line experience did not match the brand’s promise or quality of your clothing. There is a gap that will make me think Prana next time I shop on line.

I love your hoodies but why is it that every time I find one I want, you NEVER have it in a size 12. In my local stores, there’s oodles and oodles of size 2,4, and 6. But never size 10 or 12. Are you trying to keep “average” sized people out of your clothing and cater to the skinny people? I’m serious when I say how frustrating and infuriating this is. I love your products but have only been able to purchase 2 hoodies in the past 3 years. Your website is no better – still a serious lack of size 10 & 12.

My daughter really loves your products,we do not live near a lululemon store so it was great and easy to order online for Christmas, this was fast service and love the free shipping, will order again.

Have worn Lululemon for years and love it. Great quality products, very stylish, fit true to size and online experience was terrific. Ordered my scoop neck tank on the weekend and received it on Tuesday. Keep up the great work.

I recently purchased the luxury-inspired tweed coat. I absolutely love it – it’s definitely my favorite purpose of 2009 because its so flattering, surprisingly warm and wind resistant. It’s no longer available and I hope you continue to make these type of classy functional wear.

i TOTALLY <3 your remix hoodies ! the only problem is that mine is a little big and i bought the smallest size available. Also the prices are A BIT high.

I really like the “off to class jacket’s” long body length and light weight material. As always, I’m a huge fan of the thumb holes and always gravitate towards tops that have those. Usually I like higher collars, but this one is okay…not too short.

Comment by Gina — December 24, 2009 @ 12:49 pm

I am a D cup and on yoga tops the cup sizes are tight but the body of the top is very loose on me. The standard yoga mat is very slippery.
I wish the nearest store wasn’t so far away. The sweatshirts could be longer in the body with larger pockets. I find the headbands are the best but not the tight ribbon-like ones – they are too tight (even on the biggest loop). The groove pants are a favourite and the Ujayi Y yoga top provide the best support in comparison to the other tops.

Hi! Very few tops fit a DD girl properly & with coverage. Luv, luv your real thin tops (hot yoga stuff). No bigger sizes on hot yoga tops! Buy a 10-12 to cover my DD. But still a bit vulgar! I wear 2 extra bras underneath. Last year I was able to go to numerous locations, namely Santa Monica, CA, San Antonio, TX, and NYC. I live in Las Vegas and feel you are missing a huge demographic – fake boobs girls  ! Less builtin bra tops are a great idea.

Please have more styles like your hot pink, black, white sploches, bought everyhing from bag, tops, & pants. Great print!!!! You do need lighter material for your jackets. We want lighter material for the west coast!!!!

Thanks for listening! Remember your DD girls. We are out here!!!!

I love many of your products but would really like to see larger cup size bras. I’ll be glad to be a tester for you for any of your products – I’m fit, athletic, and very reliable! I love the new free shipping because I live an hour away from the closest LuLu store. It’s hard to find anything bad to say about your products because I love everything that I have purchased over the years but I would prefer it if the workout tanks/tops were loser fitting around the bust. I wear a size 6 and have an average bust line but I feel the area that lays just under the bust around the rib cage is too tight…from the back it looks like I have “back fat” spilling out of the arm holes.

Comment by Rachel — December 25, 2009 @ 11:12 am

Thanks for such a great product. I love the gratitude wrap! I wear it everywhere; its my winter coat. Everyone at work asks where i got it and i let them know( i am a canadian who lives in the states). Keep up the good work.

I’ve had several different pairs of pants from lululemon over the years and like a few of the others who have commented, are extremely disappointed with the quality of the new pants.
If they dont make them with better material, I honestly don’t think I’ll ever buy a pair again. Which is sad because the old pants were unbeatable!

Comment by Brittany MacKinnon — December 25, 2009 @ 3:24 pm

1. please add ipod pockets to more things! without the small pockets it is impossible to bring music with me!

2. i also agree with above comments about the seams on the side vs. the back.

I love the remix hoodie and I particularly love some of the prints you guys had from 1 – 2 years ago. I find most of the prints and colours this year a bit boring and not up to par with the old ones. Plain colours are nice but it’s good to have a variety of prints as well, as that is what made the lulu hoodies so much better than any others!

Comment by Kate Stewart — December 26, 2009 @ 9:56 am

just spent an assload on lulu gear for christmas. So good job. But i would love it if you would take the chief short design and material and make pants out of them. I have three pairs of the chief shorts and live in them in the summer. But this is Canada and it’s winter right now! Also tack another pocket on the other side and let me know when you have a pair ready i’ll take three!

Comment by chebus — December 26, 2009 @ 10:49 am

PLEASE start making more Groove Pants (in Tall) that are in other colors besides black. It seems as if all that is on your website and in Lulu stores are black pants. Please sell more colors like charcoal, blue denim and black denim. I would buy so much more if you would sell more colors than black. I luv Lululemon!

Daughter hooked me up with products from your line. We shopped in Columbus,Ohio for items she liked and i purchased more for gifts on-line. Thank you for good service and great product.

Comment by Cheryl — December 26, 2009 @ 3:12 pm

Your items (standard work out items like capris, pants and light jackets) that I have purchased in the past few years have pilled even though I have “babied” them wear and care wise (read as not wearing them to excercise, just for casual wear, handwashing – hang to dry etc.) I have been buying from a local yoga wear supplier in Vancouver (starts with L) and I have beaten their items to death at bootcamp and they look and feel as wonderful as when I bought them. Please improve the quality and functionality of materials before I consider purchasing anything from Lululemon again. I have noticed that this “other” yoga wear company has also been quite clever in redesigning the “fall” or “hang” of their items when the size either decreases or increases ensuring a flattering fit no matter what size you are. Very, very clever. I will pay much more money for quality materials, proper fit and durability anytime.

Comment by flower — December 26, 2009 @ 5:05 pm

I love your products, but most of your sweat shirts don’t allow for some of us who have a more womanly chest if you know what I mean ;) Allowing either larger sizes or just adding more material for those ladies who were given more of her womanly goods would be great!

Comment by K — December 26, 2009 @ 5:49 pm

Like your clothing, bought lots of stuff over the years
Great items : Be Still pants, Apres jacket (THE OLD STYLE! with drawstring, without the belt!) didn’t buy new one this year because you have added the belt.
Not so great items: Lulu remix hoodies of any kind, expensive, short (bum is freezing while top is hot), poor stiching and doesn’t keep up the appearance after just a few washes (TNA are MUCH better quality)
Lulu bags- too boxy, made of low grade materials (hey, but they are cheap!)
My main regret is that LULU is not made in Canada anymore, in search of another great brand to give my money to right now, as for being produced in Cambodia, Lulu is NOT supporting our local families or any good causes, which makes Lulu “just overpriced”, not “overpriced for a good cause”…
Yes, I shop at a lot of stores that have expensive merchandise, but lululemon educators rate as quite snobbish…

Comment by marmelady — December 27, 2009 @ 12:27 am

You should make the cheer gear available online for those of us that can’t get to one of the stores! :)

Where did the cozy up jacket 2 go?? Am I blind or has the one jacket that I actually loved and have been waiting forever for it to be in my size gone?!?

Comment by erin — December 27, 2009 @ 12:21 pm

I own numerous amounts of lulu products and I love them all! The only thing I have to comment on is that my lulu pants take a turn for the worst after a couple of washes! Everything sticks to them and the material doesn’t look or feel as nice. Perhaps you should include washing instructions with every purchase. The clothing isn’t cheap so I’d be nice to get my moneys worth. I know that there is washing instructions online but I would suggest giving out them out with every purchase made.

Comment by Cara — December 27, 2009 @ 2:42 pm

PLEASE update your website with some new things. So surprised that not many new items were added before Xmas. Those without a store near them (like myself!) really depend on internet ordering. I agree with others

My daughter is working her way through her yoga instructor certification training and has fallen in love with the quality and comfort of you clothing. I love your merchandise because it is durable, comfortable and most importantly made in Canada. However it was just brought to my attention that you are outsourcing to China so I won’t be buying anymore items from you.

Comment by Leanne — December 27, 2009 @ 6:08 pm

Several years ago, you made an organic cotton top with criss-cross straps in the back, halter-style. The style name (can’t remember exactly what it was) began with “O” I believe. It came in black, white, and bright green, and had matching bra tops (also organic cotton) with the same criss-cross straps in back (which also came in fuscia). This was BY FAR the best top you ever made. Regrettably, I only bought it in black, but have wished ever since that you would make it again. It sold out instantly, so I’m nuturing hope that you will!

The elastic lulu logo tag hanging off my REMIX hoodie zipper has broke, I was wondering if there is some sort of a replacement that can be sent to me or something?
I know you speak so highly of your good quality zippers, so I was disapointed when this broke.

I love your clothes, and I am occasionaly willing to pay the price for them since they are good quality. But when my mom went to Vancouver for a trip I asked her to go to the LuLu Outlet, we were both quite disapointed to learn the outlet isn’t much of an outlet at all, rather than a slight sale.

I agree with a lot of other comments, if there was a children’s line I would buy from it for sure!

Over all keep up the good work!
Gotta LOVE that you always have free shipping :)

Disappointed in the selection of sizes in my City…always only 4/6 left when I am a 10/12.

Have they changed the material for their reverse groove pants? Dont seem as durable anymore.

Luv your stuff. However, you need to have more size 2. I find a lot of the items only come in 4 and I can’t get them. After all, we are athletic.

Comment by lisa — December 28, 2009 @ 11:08 am

I am a huge Lululemon fan and have an extensive collection. Here are my suggestions:
- Please make a longer “bike” length compression style short that comes to just above the knees. I have several Boogie On Tall shorts which have a 9″ inseam in my size. They are the best shorts EVER for hot workouts and spin. Not everyone wants to expose themselves at the gym.
- Please make the Flow Y III in the same colors as the IV. I’m a DD and the Flow IV is not supportive enough for anything above low impact. I would really like a supportive bra for larger busted ladies that fits under (no peaking out at all – I hate the brastrap look) the Cool Racerback.
- Please be consistent in making all tops up to a size 12. It’s very irritating that I couldn’t buy a Sheer Delight Tunic because it wasn’t offered in a 12. Yet, the very similar No Limits Tank and Rhythmic tank were. The size offerings make no sense at times.
- Please consider making Groove pants in a 14. Last summer I was able to find Groove Down pants in a 14 so I know you have the pattern around somewhere.
- Please consider making a little more room in the upper arms in the sleeves of your jackets. As they fit right now, I can’t wear a long sleeve tee under them very well. My older Sportif jacket has more room in the upper arms than my more recent purchases.
- Please consider re-releasing the Tri-T tank. It’s perfect for us larger chested ladies who find the Power Y not supportive enough. I also love the ipod pocket in the back.
- Please consider re-releasing the Hills crops. They are wonderful for spin class.
- Love, Love, Love the Cool Racerback. Please keep making these. I would love a simple short and long sleeve tees made from the light luon, also. I find the Swiftly Tech fabric snags too easily and won’t buy it.

Love the convenience of being able to order gift cards online, but I’ve been following tracking and is it not possible to have a local shipper as opposed to having product sent from BC to Ontario for a few little cards?

Hello,
I have had my pair of lululemon pants for 4 years now. Last year I had to go to one of the locations in Toronto, Ontario because there was some tearing and too much pilling (I reside in Windsor, Ontario). They said that they could fix them, but did not honour the 5 year warranty for some reason. They “fixed” them but did not manage to fix all the holes. The holes they did fix were uncomfortable and very noticeable. I haven’t worn these pants or bought another pair since this occurrence and I thought the company may want to know what occurred.

I am very disappointed because I really enjoyed the pants when I first made the investment. Thanks anyway.

Comment by Andrea — December 28, 2009 @ 8:39 pm

I love your product and visit a store whenever I am near one. I have a really hard time finding tops that fit and are supportive. I am very small frame with large breasts. If I want the tops to fit, I have to buy them pretty large and then they end up being very low cut. I like a little low cut like the next girl, but I end up feeling self conscious especially when I lean over. I have one of your sports bras that I absolutley love. I wear it all the time (probably need another:) I guess what I am trying to say is maybe incorporate some of your awesome sports bras into shirts??

Comment by jessica — December 29, 2009 @ 9:06 am

bring back the wrap pant. not everyone is good with highwaisted :) the girls with hips need that pant bring it back (in black!!!!)

Happy Everything…..

on your mens work out shirts can you use the light weight work out material in the areas for example under the arms and then use some sort of cotton on the rest of the shirt. This would ideal so you can were the shirt from the gym to lunch. It would be more transitional.

Comment by lee — December 29, 2009 @ 10:01 am

I love the pants however, I would really love a Groove that has a lower rise. I’m short so the waistband comes up so high. Also, what about foldover pants? I thought that you used to have some on the website?? Those are always a great option during pregnancy.

Comment by yoga mama — December 29, 2009 @ 10:57 am

The GOOD: sleeves are long enough, the designs are great, the quality is OUTSTANDING

The NOT SO GOOD: Stores in the US are not as customer friendly as the stores in Canada. These comments are for the US only : the selection in the stores is limited and inconsistant; the stores are NOT helpful in obtaining sizes they do not have. The BEST store in SoCAl is Beverly Hills. The Fashion Island Store is the least helpful. The 24 hour hold policy to hold a item is inconvienent and not being able to pay by credit card on the phone then pick the item up at the stores is archaic.

Comment by Kim — December 29, 2009 @ 11:10 am

Just wanted to tell you that your Canadian website is horrible to navigate through right now. I’m not sure why, but there are two wide white bands across the top and middle of the screen and it blocks out your product. Can’t even see the pictures. Is that because the items at the top are all sold out??? What is the reason for this?
Could you please fix this problem so people can see product and order online. Thanks. Would love to purchase…

Comment by Misty — December 29, 2009 @ 11:46 am

Lulu has some beautiful and comfortable products, but I find them so inaccessible! I am not sure if it is my bad luck, but I have been trying FOREVER to purchase tanks in one of your lovely brighter colours (bright blue, turquoise, purple etc), either in one of your multiple stores (I have looked from Ottawa, to Toronto, to Vancouver!) or even online and the colours/sizes I want are NEVER available. I know this speaks to your popularity, but please please please stock up on medium/high support tanks in multiple colours (not just black and white!) – this way I can spend my money in your company, rather than taking my athletic wear business elsewhere.
Thanks!
Annette

I really love Lululemon and my closet is full of your clothes. I also agree that it would be nice to have bigger sizes in the remix hoodie for women. The size 12 is a bit sung it your heavier in the chest. Also, I too agree that the stores should carry more sizes… it sucks when you drive all the way to the store (I live outside the city) and then you find something you love, but they only have size 4 or 6 left! A good sale once in awhile would be nice too… don’t mind paying for good quality, but it would be nice to have a break once in awhile!!

Comment by Sandra — December 29, 2009 @ 1:22 pm

Please, Please, PLEASE bring back the wrap pants! I have never ever bought a Lululemon item but a friend of mine has the wrap pants and I LOVE them! I mustered up the courage to spend $100 on sweatpants and they were gone! Bring them back, I am dying to make my first Lululemon purchase! :)

LOVE LULU!! Definite addict. Great fabrics, cuts, and staff! The thing I’d like to see is more XXL or even XXL Tall for men. I turned my husband onto the metal tech vent tee a while ago (before you stopped making XXL) and he’s given away his other shirts…he only wears Lulu. He likes the shirt for several reasons, but mostly for the fact it doesn’t (static) cling to him when he’s lifting weights or doing cardio. He is 6’8″, so XXL is a decent (somewhat of a stretch) fit. Please bring back the XXL and consider making a Tall in the shirts.

lululemon rocks! id buy from you every week if i could!! a few suggestions:

- some more skorts would be GREAT! they’re so functional and stylish but its so rare that they are released

- also why doesnt lululemon make many (if any) sports dresses. nike/adidas/reebok do great athletic/tennis type dresses, but id happily buy them from lululemon if they made them too. the few dresses i HAVE seen from lululemon though arent that flattering or stylish unfortunately.

- more bright colors please! ive seen more lately, but even more couldnt hurt! pls carry them throughout ALL seasons not just the warmer ones

- love the longer length of tops, great because they do not ride up. tops with a higher neckline for more ‘coverage’ and support would be GREAT. really REALLY great.

- lastly PLEASE stock MORE size 2′s and 4′s. they’re always the first to sell out online and in store (also the online site doesnt list ALL the styles i see in stores?!). often ill see a new product online but can only grab it in a 2 or 4 within the first week, otherwise its all sold out, unlike the other sizes.

THANK YOU! lululemon is uh-maze-ing, the la jolla store in san diego is especially fantastic!!

I find the wunder under crop’s are a bit tight around calves…I’m average size..not big at all…I also request more simple natural colors…I don’t always want hot pink, blue, yellow..sometimes just solid beige, white especially since i’m in FLORIDA.
thank you!

Comment by MELISSA — December 30, 2009 @ 9:29 am

I love your yoga pants and top!! I wish you would carry more inventory on-line. It seems I will see an item on-line and if I don’t order it immediately it sells out. I really wanted one of those cute multi-colored scarves for the holidays. I saw it one day and it sold out the next :(

Comment by Andrea — December 30, 2009 @ 2:19 pm

Pls, bring back your fabulous sleeveless cupped t-shirts – alluring, whisper and the one similar to whisper but without zipper. They don’t need any improvement and they are irreplaceable by any other product. You can wear them in winter, for gym or home or outing. They have much broader use than tank tops, especially in fall/winter/spring. They compliment any figure and you don’t need to bother with bra. I got addicted to them and wore them for about 6 years and this year they dissapeared…. They make lululemon different from other sport clothing lines.

Comment by Jana — December 30, 2009 @ 8:08 pm

I love the remix hoodies, but for someone who is 6 feet tall, my torso is very long and even the ‘longer’ version of my favorite hoodies aren’t long enough for me. I liked them years ago, and I couldn’t buy them then because they practically looked like a crop top on me! So I was excited when the longer remix version was introduced, but I still find it very short. I do really enjoy that in some of your zip ups they are long enough to cover your bum, but I was hoping to see even longer classic Lululemon hoodies. Thanks!

Hi there,

Been wearing Lulu for a few years now; love the fit and the comfort. Few comments for thought: one of my pairs have pants have started to pill, which is a bit disappointing (and no, I didn’t wash them with cotton). It would also be great if there was more selection for long sleeved shirts for runners, especially at this time of year.

Keep up the great work!

I would love it (and so would many others) if lululemon had a dancewear line. i’m a dancer, and i love your apparel, but i have to take it all off when i go to dance. Leotards would be amazing in your luon fabric because dancers need breathability, and comfort. also, different colors and designs would be really cool.

As a small-chested gal I absolutely love the boost I get from your padded inserts. Your clothes feel amazing on and when I need some extra motivation to get to the gym all I have to do is throw on my Lulu and I am inspired to move. My concern to date though has been that some of my pieces have fallen apart rather quickly, which is surprising given the amount of money I have spent on these items. After seeing the experiences others have had with poor customer service upon attempting to deal with sales people regarding a flawed item, I have been discouraged. Perhaps Lulu could learn something from successful companies such as Nordstrom and Patagonia: both have impeccable records of standing behind their products, which tells me when I buy from either company that they truly feel confident in what they are selling, want a lifetime relationship with me and care about me as their consumer long after the credit card is swiped. Lulu has a worldwide fan club for many good reasons, but I do think customer service and product return/exchange policies have a great opportunity for growth and cultivation.

hi!

i just wanted to say that i really love your store and clothing.
but i wish that your pants and hoodies would come in a few bigger sizes. i work out all the time, but im not quite a size two and i find that some of your pieces are much too small. maybe a 14 and 16? it would be perfect :)
i think it would please a lot of people if you were to do this.
thanks!

Would really love to see XXL brought back in the men’s hoodies! My husband loves them but needs the bigger size. I would also love to see the ‘bootbamp bag’ come back!! Thanks!

I have been buying your products since you folks started in Vancouver and have become dependent on some of your items. This being said, I get very upset when you discontinue an item or change an item. I understand that you do this to “improve” your products but sometimes your “improvements” are considered ruining a once loved product. eg. I have a very small ribcage and when you made the deep v bras looser at the rib cage, they did not fit me very well (I am a size 4 in this bra). And now, you have discontinued the bra. I would have bought you out of every single deep v in the country if I would have known this ahead of time. I am a member of R&D and have expressed my discontent countless times but nothing has been done. Many of my clients and friends are so fed up with the constant changeing of a product as well as the discontinueation of a product that they have stopped buying lululemon products. Therefore I suggest:

1) When an item is changing, put a sign up at least 2-3 months before it changes so those who love the product as is can buy you out of stock

2) When you discontinue and item, put a sign up 3 months in advance so those who cannot live without that item can also buy you out of stock.

These are simple things to do and will only boost your sales. I am a member of R&D and have suggested this countless times but nothing has been done. I hope this will finally not fall on deaf ears.

LuLu lemon is amazing! i have women in my fitness club that i teach who ask me the best place to get workout clothes. Of course i say lulu lemon.. The quailty is like no other, sure you can waste your money on cheap walmart stuff etc, but lulu will keep you satisfied time and time again! It washes nice and keeps its structure! The only thing i have to say is make more patterns in the hoodies! I have been on teh llok out for a really cute eye catching hoodie for over a year now.. i say pokadots, really funky sort of thing. I want my lulu to stand out not conform to all the others!! I want someone to envy my hoodie not have to same one! Keep up tHE greAT WORK!! XOXO

came in specifically to purchase your black nylon yoga bag for the Manduka mat you sell and two things… it’s a little on the tight side. would be great if you made a bag that is 30″ long for ease in placement and removing the mat from the bag & secondly, the placement of your security tag along the zipper compromises the integrity of the zipper by making the teeth “sticky”… the zipper on the bag split and I left with no bag. : (

Your products are amazing. My cupboard is full of it. Nothing compares. However, your website really needs help – for consumer and business communities. There are so many basic errors and ways to make it harder for website users, I stopped counting and cataloging “advice”. One basic question – I buy online a lot so would not consider myself technologically illerate though I have a lot to learn – anyway … where is your US / Int’l website if I want to order online when I’m in the U.S. or Australia – I am mostly in those 2 countries? Example feedback about your website: when you mention that “buyers outside Canada should go to the US / Int’l website …”, would be good idea if you listed the URL in the same paragraph … Seems intuitive … but where is it?

I love the remix hoodies, I’m addicted to them. If you could keep stocking size 12 would be great, everytime I go to buy one online they’re sold out. :-(

I wish you would make some of your tanks and bras a little bigger so I could buy them too!

Please bring a store to Barrie so I don’t have to travel to Newmarket or Vaughan. Thanks!!

I have become an addict and hide the huge amount of money I spend at Lululemon, even though I am several hours away from the nearest store! Please, please, please make the Run Speed Skirt in many new colors. It is fabulous! Also would like skirts such as the new Leader of the Track skirt to come longer. I like keeping them on after my workout and don’t feel as comfortable running errands, etc. in the very short ones. Keep making the Power Y tank in lots of bright colors. It rocks with the built-in cups! I agree with others that the website needs more newer styles and sizes. Lululemon is awesome!

I used to be a huge fan of the Groove Pants, that is until you took away the “straight leg” version of them and switched everything over to “sneaker fit”. I loved the “SL” style and have owned a total of four pairs in this variety. However, I have yet to buy any of the Groove Pants in over a year now due to how horrible the “SF” style looks. It is so huge of a flare that it looks tacky and cheap, not streamline like the previous pairs. Please please please bring back Groove Pants in the Straight Leg variety! Even the option between the two would be most appreciated.

My favorite pair of running tights ever are style # LW5638S and I hope that you bring these back in future seasons. Features I like about them: tapered ankle, high waist, and hidden back pocket for key/credit card.

PLEASSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSE bring back more like them.

Great online experience. I ordered a hoodie for my wife last minute the Monday before Christmas and it showed up on Wendsday. Blew my mind. I’m still waiting on a gift from ordering early December from another company so LuLu went above and beyond. I will keep coming back.

I love the entire store and all of the clothing! i would really love to see some more earthy tones in hoodies and tops etc.. some items in colors like lavender, olive green, and so on…

p.s. i noticed the other day that at your greenwich store there was a water fountain that provided cups and gave a little info on the damage plastic bottles do to the environment.. i love the idea except that the cups provided were made of styrofoam.. which in turn is almost as bad for the environment as plastic! I suggest using a more biodegradable solution… you can check more out on striveforgreen.com

What happened to all your size 14s? It seems like you used to have more, and on your website you have 4 pages of size 2s (one end of the extreme) and not even a whole page of size 14. I love the gear I have and would buy more if you carried more of my size and I don’t think I am alone nor am I alone in the fact that I need a larger size but also lead an active lifestyle.

Comment by Nadine — January 4, 2010 @ 3:37 pm

My 14 year old daughter loves lululemon, however as a parent, I find the prices very high. I purchased two pairs of the groove pants, and eventhough I followed the wash/care instructions to the tee, there is still pilling on the pants. Also purchased the remix hoodie for xmas at our local lululemon store, but the selection of size 2 is very limited. Even online, it is hard to find size 2.

On a positive note, I ordered a pair of the groove pants online for the first time, and had a very favourable experience. Order was delivered within 4 days, and Fed Ex was very good at notifications. Customer Educators on the phone were also very helpful and pleasant. I would definitely order online again.

Comment by Heather — January 5, 2010 @ 8:31 am

My feedback is concerning shipping practices. I wanted to order several items for Christmas from Lululemon for family members who live in Canada, however, the system would not allow me to order from an international address and ship to a Canadian one. I even phoned and talked to a representative. Why is this your policy. This is very disappointing.

Comment by Charlene — January 5, 2010 @ 2:55 pm

I love, love, love your products. I am 5″9′ so I can’t tell you how great it is to have pants and sleeves that are long enough. I also love the tunic length of your tops to cover my bottom. The only detail I really wish could be added is reflective tape. I run at dusk and dark but favor your darker colored clothing. If you can’t add it to your products, perhaps you could sell iron-on reflective tape in cute patterns and designs so people have the option of adding them to your products.

Thanks for making such quality products and listening to your customers!

I heart lululemon!

I love the brand and have been wearing the brand for years. The brand withstands lots of sweating and washing and looks great too! However now I’m pregnant am am having a hard time finding fitness clothes that fit. I’m a fit mommy to be and don’t want to have to wear baggie sweats and T shirts to the gym. Any thought on designing a few pregnancy friendly styles?

I bought a wear with all jacket for myself and loved it so much that I wanted to give it as a gift. It seems like it’s discontinued? It’s such a great length and weight that I’m hoping you have something new coming out soon that’s similar?

I get the product notifications and it would be great if you could have all the products listed on your website. A few times I’ve wanted to purchase an item after seeing it on the product notification email but can’t get into the store. Please, please, please find a way to add the items to your purchasing site before the product notifications go out!! Thanks! ps Love LULU!

Comment by Natasha — January 7, 2010 @ 11:11 am

I love your products-but it is hard for me to buy anything because I am larger than a size 12. I know you make a few things that are size 14 but why not make more things in larger sizes or tops and jackets in XL. Maybe at least offer some on the website.

Comment by Ashley Marshall — January 7, 2010 @ 11:36 am

I am a cyclist and have found some of your high necked jackets especially the ones that came out this year in turquoise and purple perfect for riding.
except that the colors aren’t bright enough…. and they need an zip up pocket in the back as well as the front. the fit, the sleeves with thumholes, and high neck are perfect.
Better than any female cyclist wear out there. day glow colors- acid green Hot pink day glow orange.
you could really get a corner on the market.
I could help you design some if you are interested.

I am writing to beg you to bring back a tank style you did last spring. Don’t know the name but it was a simple long tank that was like the Cool Racerback but had regular straps and a sheer mesh panel scross the edge of the top. It is PERFECT for women with a larger chest who don’t wear racerback bras and don’t like a shelf bra. Seriously, if you brought it back, I’d by them every season.
Thanks! Rebecca

Was very disappointed to learn that Lulu’s doesn’t make clothing larger than size 12. Come on, lots of people over size 12 do yoga. Have you forgotten your roots?

Comment by Ann Schuster — January 7, 2010 @ 1:10 pm

Just bought my first pair of groove pants. Although they fit great the first time I wore them, I feel they have shrunken more than 2% the first time I washed them. I’m a little confused since I didn’t think 2% shrinkage would be that noticeable but it is. Alot. Disappointed since they were $98.00. Thanks for the free shipping though.

I bought the Ta Ta Tamer II based on all the wonderful things said about it. I have had 2 of the bra hooks become detached in the washing machine within 10 wearings. Can no longer use. What should I do with? Always been happy with any other product bought. Would also like to see a shorter in length V-Neck workout T in cotton.

Having worked at lululemon, but also as a consumer, I have some feedback with regards to hang tags.

Especially with regards to giving items as gifts.

What happens, most of the time anyways, is that the guest rips off the last portion of the tag, which includes the price. This happens primarily in part to the fact that the price is in an awkward spot if they want to cut it off, and still leave the hang tag intact.

Perhaps a different layout that makes it easy for the guest to remove the price for the receiver, as well as for the employee who may need to return/exchange the item for different size or colour, without having the bar code/product code removed.

just a thought

I was wondering if you guys would ever consider making your pants and crops in a short length. I know that you have complimentary hemming for pants, but it is kind of a pain to wait 5 days for the pants to come back. I live in rural Alberta, and have shopped in Saskatoon and Edmonton. I do not get to the cities often enough to come back to pick up pants.

Also, I love crops, and think they are great, if you are not short…Crops on a short person looks like you outgrew your pants.

I have noticed while shopping in your stores that there are a lot of short people that require hemming, and there is sometimes a line up of people waiting to be pinned up, I just thought if you made short lengths, you could eliminate a lot of unnecessary hemming, and not have a lot of scrap fabric.

Hello, whomever this is haha. I have loved lululemon since I was 12. I’m 16 now. I thought maybe it would be a cool idea if you took the black lululemon pants and wrote lululemon down the side. Unless you’ve already done that. But anyways, I love how everyone is friendly and the bags give you good quotes. I live by those bags! -Suria. (Sur-ee-uh)

I ordered the groove pant Dec. 31 2009. It’s Jan.9th, and I still have not received it. Apparently it has taken over a week for it to leave your warehouse, and it will take another week before I get it. This is an unacceptably long delay from order to fulfillment.

Hi… I love all your clothes and it’s mostly what I wear. I thought it would be great if you made something like the Gratitude Wrap with a hood. I would buy one for sure! It’s very windy here in Saskatchewan, and when I wear my GW, I always wish it had a hood. It would make it so cozy!

Comment by Valerie — January 10, 2010 @ 8:47 am

I love everything you make, best clothing line ever! I bought a pair of pants a few years back, can’t remember the name of them, but they had little ties on the top of each side. What I really liked about those pants is the bottoms arn’t too flarey. I find the groove pants bottoms a bit too big and flarey.

Other than that, I love the bright colours, keep up the good work. Maybe try something with a sparkley gem logo. Girls are suckers for sparkleys.

Comment by Lindsay — January 10, 2010 @ 3:08 pm

It always takes over 2 weeks to get my orders because they have to switch to canada post..lululemon should try to figure out a new method of shipping, every other company I order fr in canada I recieve the parcel within the same week, which is such a shame beacause lululemon’s clothes are so great! Also they should have a new method to ensure no items are forgotten in online orders, i ordered a headband with one of my orders and they forgot to put it in and now it is sold out, they credit my money back however i was really looking forward to wearing that on my runs. One last thing Lululemon should try to keep up on stocking up their website more there is a higher volume of demand now, they should take that into consideration, i know they only make a limited amount of everything, but they should up their #’s of how many, anyways other than that Lululemon’s clothing nothing compares to how they feel on! they are amazing!:)

Can’t wear /anything/ from lululemon, or any other sports store… surely there must be other women who are six feet tall and over? A tall line would be nice.

I tried to buy a men’s hoodie instead of women’s so that the sleeves and waist would be long enough, but that just made me look frumpy. Oh well.

Comment by Louise — January 13, 2010 @ 8:34 am

Would love to see you support PLUS SIZE CLOTHES! I am working hard to get in shape for the last 2 years, and have lost 70 lbs so far. I would love to be working out in Lulu clothes while I lose the last 50lbs. Can you please extend your sizes to 16-18 tops and 16 bottoms?

Comment by JayDub39 — January 13, 2010 @ 10:22 am

your passion crop and your track pants fit awesome and are great domfort but the elastic flips in them and on the passion crop the zipper is too big and my hands brush it when i run. same problem with the track jacket the hood is great as is the material but the metal clasps are too big and bounce in your face. also you loose fitting shorts with the semi thick waist band roles and twists as well. it needs to be stitched at the side to prevent from moving. I test your gear with running and am happy to continue to give feedback. also the passion crop I have either has a faulty zipper on the side or just does not zip up 100%.

Love Lulu clothes & wear them for all sport and around town. As a marketer I think you would make a killing if you introduced a maternity groove pant. Prenatal yoga is huge, I did it twice a week during my last pregnancy. I wore my grove pants my entire pregnancy, but did find myself yanking them up between poses in my 3rd trimester.

hi there-

i really miss my extend pants and wish you’d consider bringing them back. they were the perfect length, rise and leg width. the relaxed fit came close- great in the legs, but with the pull tabs in the bottom and the extra length on the pant they couldn’t be hemmed and were a bit long. the rise was also high with the fold over waist option which i don’t care for as it adds bulk

please, please, please? :)

Cheers :)

I love your remix hoodies. I wear them ALL the time. I especially love wearing them to my early morning games when it’s so cold ( i do a sport called curling and am going for Canada Games). Anyways, i noticed that you guys made a line for figure skaters and hockey players, so maybe you guys could do one for other cold sports? like maybe something I could wear out on the ice during games to keep me warm.
