Fear not, the days of pinching your screen and squinting your eyes on your mobile device are over.  We have officially optimized the lululemon.com website for iPhones and Blackberries (OS6 and up) and we couldn’t be more excited.

As of August 2nd, you can browse through our ever changing product selection and enjoy full access to our online store. You can stick around right through to the purchase of your order and, as always, enjoy our complimentary ground shipping.

Did you know you can add lululemon.com right onto the homescreen of your iPhone? This makes navigating to our website fast and easy, and makes our website accessible just like an app.


Step 1: Visit lululemon.com on your iPhone
Step 2: Click the “share” button in the bottom navigation bar
Step 3: Choose “add to homescreen”
Step 4: A pretty icon will show up – and you choose what to name it!

Voila! A lululemon icon will show up on your homescreen! Now you can visit our site quickly and easily from your phone.

@Ann So strange! Can you try “refreshing” the page or emptying your cache and cookies. To do this go to Settings > Safari > and empty cache / cookies. Let us know how this works. I’ve also updated our development team so they are looking into the issue as well. ~Carolyn

@Ann – we figured it out FINALLY – sorry for the delay.

Go to your Safari Settings > Then make sure Javascript is turned on. My dad actually had this same problem. Turn JS on and you should be good to go.

The mobile site isn’t working on my iphone 4..? I’ve cleared the history, cashe, cookies… I’ve also checked that my javascript is on but it just keeps sending me straight to the ‘this just in’ section on the regular site???

Hey @chelle –

This issue could mean a bunch of things:

1.) Cookies need to be cleared
2.) Cache needs to be cleared
3.) JavaScript is turned off

Try “refreshing” the page or emptying your cache and cookies. To do this go to Settings > Safari > and empty cache / cookies.

If that doesn’t work, go to your Safari Settings > then make sure Javascript is turned on!

Used to be able to access the mobile site on my iPhone. Then I looked at the full site to see reviews… Since then, I can’t get back on the mobile site. And, the main page keeps going directly to the “this just in” page. Help? Have tried all the tricks listed above;nothing has worked. Very frustrating. Thanks.

I had the mobile site on my Android HTC Incredible and went to the “locate a store” on in view on “full site” and now I can not get it back to the mobile site. I have cleared everthing and removed the bookmark. Still not working…..help pls…I liked the mobile site for my phone :(

First of all I love your products! With a yoga teacher and outdoor enthusiast for a Mom, we really love your store and are excited that you have gone mobile.

When I access lululemon from my iPhone it is still impossible to select my country as that screen is not compatible with iPhone 5

I used to be able to access the lululemon mobile website from my samsung galaxy s 3, I reverted back to the classic site to figure out sonething, and now I can’t seem to change it back to the mobile site… there isnt a link at the bottom of the page….

I too navigated away from mobile site to get the phone number for one of my local stores, and now I am unable to get back onto the mobile site. I just noticed the comment made by JL that it is an known issue and is in the process of being resolved, but that was back in September of 2011… has the issue been resolved? I miss my mobile site! :(
