I too navigated away from mobile site to get the phone number for one of my local stores, and now I am unable to get back onto the mobile site. I just noticed the comment made by JL that it is an known issue and is in the process of being resolved, but that was back in September of 2011… has the issue been resolved? I miss my mobile site!

I used to be able to access the lululemon mobile website from my samsung galaxy s 3, I reverted back to the classic site to figure out sonething, and now I can’t seem to change it back to the mobile site… there isnt a link at the bottom of the page….

When I access lululemon from my iPhone it is still impossible to select my country as that screen is not compatible with iPhone 5

First of all I love your products! With a yoga teacher and outdoor enthusiast for a Mom, we really love your store and are excited that you have gone mobile.
We (my mom and I ) have a website right now (yoga, health, happiness, nutrition, retreats etc.) that we are looking to take mobile.
Who/how helped you create your mobile site? Would love some info and advice. We love the layout of your mobile website.

I had the mobile site on my Android HTC Incredible and went to the “locate a store” on in view on “full site” and now I can not get it back to the mobile site. I have cleared everthing and removed the bookmark. Still not working…..help pls…I liked the mobile site for my phone

Hi JL – thanks for your feedback on the site! What you’re refering to is already an outstanding issue on our site that we are looking into fixing immediately. We have requested to develop a link in footer that will help you, and whoever else has this problem, get back to regular site. We’ll be updating this post as soon as we have this link ready.

Used to be able to access the mobile site on my iPhone. Then I looked at the full site to see reviews… Since then, I can’t get back on the mobile site. And, the main page keeps going directly to the “this just in” page. Help? Have tried all the tricks listed above;nothing has worked. Very frustrating. Thanks.

On my iPhone 3Gs, I had to also make sure that the “block pop-ups” was off before I could get to your site. LOVE IT!! Thanks so much for the mobile edition!

Hey @chelle –

This issue could mean a bunch of things:

1.) Cookies need to be cleared
2.) Cache needs to be cleared
3.) JavaScript is turned off

Try “refreshing” the page or emptying your cache and cookies. To do this go to Settings > Safari > and empty cache / cookies.

If that doesn’t work, go to your Safari Settings > then make sure Javascript is turned on!
