what our SeaWheeze trainers are listening to

Have you ever watched marathoners at the front of the pack whizz by with earbuds in and wondered what they are listening to? We always do – and so with this in mind we asked our three SeaWheeze run trainers Blue Benadum, Chris McClung and Jenn Howard-Brown to share their favourites with you. This playlist is a pretty eclectic mix, proving that no two runners have the same taste in music! We've compiled their most-loved training tunes into one 8tracks playlist - click here to listen.

I am always looking to refresh my playlist. I’m currently in love with rockmyrun.com for ready made playlists! Wildfire is one of my faves!

Here’s a few classic rock choices but they are great on the run:

Doors – Break on through to the other side (timed to go on at the “wall”

Grateful Dead – Shakedown Street (“don’t tell me this town ain’t got no heart…”) and I Know You Rider

Creedence Clearwater Revival -Who’ll Stop the Rain

bob Marley-Could you be loved

There’s so much in the classic rock genre for running. You don’t have to stick with pop! (Although Rihanna can still get me up a big hill!)
