wunder under yoga pants challenge day 15

I got the official email from Vancouver Sun Run today and I am excited! This year will be my 4th year completing this 10km race. Last year I completed it in 1hr 12 min and my goal this year is....ONE HOUR!

If there is a race happening in your city, I highly recommend that you try it. All those bridges and roads that you usually drive over take on a whole new look when you run over them. For me, it's Burrard Street Bridge here in Vancouver that makes me go back every year. The view of the ocean as you start over the bridge to the view of city as you look back is absolutely breathtaking.

I love that you guys love my scarf! I got it for Christmas from a friend and all I know is that it is hand knit by a local designer in Vancouver, BC. I will ask and find out, stay tuned!!

Tiffany: I am wearing a jersey dress/tunic from Aritzia. Another learning from this challenge was how to repurpose my summer clothing for fall/winter. Layer it up!!

Marisa: I used to just let myself get lost in the music on my ipod until one day I forgot it at home and I was so glad I did. I saw so much more and I even ran farther because I got so distracted by the details of my running route!

So here’s the info on the scarf, it’s by Isn’t That Knit. The one I have on is the Big Chunky Infinity Scarf in cream. It is hand made and can be done in Black, Browm, Charcoal Gray or Cream. I love running outside so much more than on a treadmill- I don’t usually listen to my mp3 player either.
