		<description>I love seeing a posting about crossfit and yoga. I was surprised at how much crossfit has elevated my yoga practice, I especially see vast improvements in my utkatasana &amp; chaturanga. Being open from yoga also helps keep my muscles safe during the WODs. Love them both!!</description>

		<description>I like yoga, but do NOT think lulu will take off in crossfit, it&#039;s not &quot;tough enough&quot; (at least not for my husband). the colors certaintly arent arent tough enough for the washing mashine...anyone else still having issues with bleeding?</description>
