I would also say that 

The LIGHT is a space where anything is possible.
In the LIGHT, you are perfect.
In the LIGHT, you CAN nail every pose. (because its not about how deep or pretty your &#039;pose&#039; is but that you are trying to the best of your ability in that moment.
In the LIGHT you can cheat in navasana or do savasana for the entire class. (because its YOUR practice)
In the LIGHT there is no comparing, no judgement, no limits to what is possible.

Most of us need to stop hiding in the dark, to look at ourselves, explore ourselves and start to like what we see, all of it.
