yoga on a yacht

#yogaonayacht. This past weekend our Newport Beach Store hosted 140 yogis for an amazing day of yoga on a yacht followed up with goal setting to ground them in their lives

Guests lined up with coveted tickets in hand as they prepared for what one yogi declared to be “the best day of my life!”

Junior, our SeaWheeze Run Club leader, held on tight to his new The Mat – we surprised all 95 guests with this slip-less treasure.

Our Ambassadors; Jill, Sonya and Jaime; began their classes with setting the intention of creating big hairy audacious goals – aka BHAGs!

Sonya’s class rooted down and rose up in Utkatasana to build strength as they prepared to set their big goals.

Jaime led the top deck into a powerful Warrior 1. With hearts lifted to the sky, they breathed in the delicious ocean air.

Coming of Sage Duo wove a reggae beat into the Vinyasa.

The Ambassador classes culminated with a peaceful Savasana – a chance for the yogis to reflect on their original intentions.

We brought our creations on the mat to life off the mat by stringing the goals up around the yacht for everyone to see.

The Yacht Club: the Newport Beach crew; Ambassadors Jill Grogg, Jaime Komer and Sonya Canto; RM Sherry Pedersen & ACM Colleen Angeles

A great day goal setting and sweating with Newport Beach community. Until next year….ahoy!

This looked really fun! How do I find out what activities might be going on in my city – Dallas?

Hi there,
Just pop on into your local store. They’ll have a community board and the educators may know themselves what great events they’d recommend.

Big Harry Audacious Goals, BHAGs. I’m going to start using this term.
This looks awesome. Anything like this happening in Florida?
