Hello, summer! We know that long, hot days are still a few months away but we are already dreaming of sand and surf. This year we designed our swim collection with removable cups, coverage and our soft and breathable Swim fabric for maximum fun in the sun. We were inspired by athletes on the West Coast and created these pieces with beach volleyball, stand up paddle boarding and sandy Savasanas in mind. I know we’ve still got a bit of a winter hangover but I see sunny skies in our future!

swim gear
A light support, low coverage option for the A and B cup girl. The adjustable straps give you support and leave the fit in your hands. This triangle top was designed to keep you under wraps and unrestricted.

Why We Love It?
The strap design removes the pressure from the back of the neck and the single tie just makes life easy.


A medium support, low coverage option for the C and D cup girl. The laser cutting and bonding makes this top incredibly comfortable and supportive.

Why We Love it?
It fits like our favourite bra but without the bulk.


A medium support, medium coverage option for the A and B cup girl. The adjustable strap lets you customize the fit so you can tighten up before you dive in.

Why We Love it?
The racerback shape give us the coverage and support we need to be surf and stretch ready.


Low rise, medium coverage bottoms with a classic, no-fuss bikini fit. The adjustable waistband and thoughtful design of these bottoms help to keep them in place - the perfect surf, yoga and volleyball partner.

Why We Love it?
The bottoms are lined in places where sand can collect so we don’t have to worry about the beach rubbing us the wrong way.


Medium rise, medium coverage bottoms designed for those of us who like a little more coverage. An elastic drawcord at the waist and a smooth flat waistband help to keep you covered without digging in.

Why We Love it?
These bottoms can be tied to the Board Balance Rash Guard and help us stay covered when things get wild.

yes–d-cup girls do water sports, too! i need SUP/yoga clothes & i want them to be fun, high-quality lululemon clothes!! i’d love to see a few more d-cup options, especially with a cross-back? but especially a board short, maybe 4-5 inch inseam? i had been thinking about wearing a boogie short or a groove short for SUP yoga (which is super revealing).

Why do you target all of your cute sports bras to A and B cup sizes? This blog post says gear was designed for summer fun including beach volleyball and then presents a low coverage top for C and D cups….come on Lulu, stop ignoring your voluptuous athletic customers!

I’d a large C/D cup and a full figure size 10, last year the swim wear was for baby girls, like size 2. I love love your stuff LULU but I teach SUP yoga and I need a little more coverage on the top LIke the Board Balance Sport top but that one says for A-B. I’m hoping LULU will fix the miniature sizing for Swim. Pretty Please with sugar on top. I wear your capris and sports tops all spring and fall but Summer I’d love to wear a bikini that would stay on.

Hey Julia,
Good question, our swim and surf gear online is indeed going very quickly. With capsules like this that are something unique for us, we tend to only see one release of them and won’t see replenishment later on. If there was a specific style you were looking at, let us know so we can pass that on. And, if you have a store close by, check in with them as our swim line will be making it’s way to stores shortly.

Hi,

I am a PaddleFit Coach in North Carolina and CAN’T wait to try the new line. I wore some of the suits last year but for SUP they were a little “flimsy”…not enough support. This year i’m looking/hoping for sturdier, better lining and colors that you can’t see through when it get’s wet. I haven’t seen them in person yet but they look great in the photos!

That’s too bad about the swimwear :( with only one store in Atlantic Canada, it’s hard to make it out to the physical location. Maybe next year…
