Please be sure to read the following carefully as all team wear orders will be subject to these terms and conditions.

ORDERING

lululemon athletica team wear orders are subject to approval. Orders may be placed through the team wear department only. Stores will not be able to accommodate team wear requests. Please note: our entire inventory is based on availability and items cannot be held for teams without payment. Products ordered through the team wear program are not for individual resale.

SHIPPING

All Canadian lululemon products are sold and shipped FOB Vancouver, BC. All US lululemon products are sold and shipped FOB Renton, WA. The receiver assumes all costs and risks pertaining to the transportation of the products sold by lululemon athletica from our warehouse to the specified "ship to" address. Shipping costs are based on the size and weight of the package. If at the time of delivery the package appears to be opened or tampered with the receiver must refuse package delivery.

RETURN ORDER POLICY

All team wear sales are final. lululemon athletica will accept returns for team wear orders only in the circumstance of manufacturer's defects. If items shipped are incorrect in size or style than were originally ordered, lululemon will exchange the items for the correct size/style.

PAYMENTS

All orders must be prepaid by Visa, Master Card or American Express. No order will be shipped without full payment received. There will be a $25 fee for declined credit card transactions. Prices quoted are not inclusive of taxes, shipping costs and duties. By means of granting lululemon athletica your credit card information and phone/fax, your responsibility for payment is inherent in such transactions; charge-backs to the credit card company will be refuted based upon your receipt and acceptance of goods delivered.

CANCELLED / REFUSED ORDERS

If an order has been shipped, and/or payment has been processed, a restocking fee of $100 or 5% (whichever is greater) will be charged on any cancelled or refused orders unless the package appeared to be open or tampered with.
