How do I apply?

Our team wear program is limited to athletic teams, fitness instructors, and trainers. To apply please complete the team wear online application form. It's important to take the time to answer all the questions as accurately as possible, as this is our way of getting to know your team. The team wear coordinator will be in touch with all applicants within 5 business days.

How does the program work?

Teams accepted into the program receive a 15%-25% discount on our retail prices and may choose from a variety of technical apparel currently available. There is a minimum order requirement of six (6) pieces per style. Teams will be sent an order form listing product currently in stock once the application process has been completed.

What if I want to add a team logo or name to the clothing?

We understand team logos and markings are an important part of any uniform. Teams are free to add their team logos to our apparel, but lululemon is not able to screen or embroider product for you.

Check with a local printing or embroidery company for options. Most of our fabrics have stretch (Lycra), so please make sure to choose a method which will allow the artwork to stretch with the fabric.

Is lululemon able to custom manufacture product for teams?

We offer product from our current inventory, and we are not able to offer custom colours or styles.

How do I know what sizes to order?

Please review our size charts to determine what will work for you and your team, as we are unable to offer sizing samples.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns or exchange on team wear so please ensure the team size and quantity requirements are accurate prior to placing the order. We will accept returns for team wear orders only in the circumstance of manufacturer's defects, or in the case of a shipment containing different sizes or styles than what was ordered. If items shipped are incorrect in size or style than were originally ordered, we will exchange the items for the correct size/style.
