He’s certifications include, Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), Functional Movement Screen (FMS) Movement Coach, Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Fitness Professional Level 3, CrossFit level 1 trainer, and certified Personal Trainer through BCRPA. Anthony trains youth and adult clients ranging from beginner to professional athletes in many sports such as basketball, volleyball, soccer, golf, and Crossfit. Deidre Sirianni has got some spunk! She loves to share her sense of humor and incorporate her love of dance in to her yoga classes. When she is not teaching yoga, Deidre spends her time outdoors on the hiking trails or on the ski slopes. You can also find her participating in various local dance classes. Deidre started practicing yoga in 2008 was immediately hooked. Four years later she decided to make a career of it despite completing a diploma in broadcasting. I'm Leo! My life flipped upside down after traveling around the world for 2 years. I biked from Vancouver to Mexico, backpacked South America and ended up in India doing a yoga teacher training. There I discovered my one true love and now I teach yoga full time, in and around the Tri-cities. I'm captivated by the presence, peace, but also intensity that comes with teaching. I am thankful to be able to share bits and pieces of my own experience, and also fortunate to learn from the life-engaging stories of my students. Lisa Brooking is a fulltime registered nurse specialized in cardiac care. Her passion for heart health goes beyond the workplace as she competes as an elite distance runner. Lisa ran varsity track and cross country running during her university years in Ontario. Since moving to the west coast to start her nursing career, Lisa spends her leisure time discovering the many wonders British Columbia has to offer. Niki’s career in fitness started over 18 years ago and she has seen over 1000 people come through one of her many programs over the years. She is a competitive runner and multi sport athlete and brings her passion for a fit lifestyle to her classes. She is extremely energetic, passionate and very motivational when she teaches and her enthusiasm has been known to rub off on those around her. As the owner of 360 Cycle she teaches a variety of cycling classes, but her main focus is bringing "road riding" to indoor cycling.
