In classes with Alison, there are invigorating, flowing postures – like Sun Salutations – that allow you to warm up and connect with your breath, combined with static postures and longer holds to build strength and increase flexibility. During class, you’ll receive clear and precise alignment instructions to practice safely while also refining and advancing your practice.
