Born and raised in Marin County, Nicole co-owns and coaches at CrossFit North Marin located in Novato. She has always led an active lifestyle and held a passion for fitness. Since finding Crossfit in ’08 she has taken her fitness level to a degree she never thought possible. Nicole is truly passionate about what she does. She loves to share her on-going knowledge of nutrition, functional fitness and passion for CrossFit to others in the community. The short duration high intensity workouts, which are the heart and soul of what CrossFit stands for, not only fits into busy schedules, they also provide great physical rewards as well as mental strength and focus. Nicole believes that CrossFit will not only help you live healthier, but will provide you with the tools to obtain a “no excuse” approach to your daily life and the ability to reach each and every goal you set.
