Nicolette is originally from Catalina Island, attended Pepperdine University, taught high school for several years, created a dance program for kids (with an absence of technical training, but brimming with sheer passion and intuition of movement), and most recently returned from serving as a Peace Corps volunteer in Bulgaria.
Nicolette's yoga journey started not long ago, but feeling like there was lost time to make up for, as she'd never experienced anything as kinesthetically & metaphysically familiar, she began taking several classes a week until she just knew, inherently, that yoga was her soul mate and would be an essential part of her life.
Diving into teacher training, Nicolette has completed CorePower Yoga 200-hr certifications in Power Vinyasa, Hot, and Hot Power Fusion.
Nicolette truly BELIEVES in Yoga- in its ability to heal the body, its inevitability to quiet the mind, its uniqueness to both strengthen & soften the spirit, and the gift that it is for ALL people.
Nicolette teaches from a place of sincerity, authenticity, and joy.
