Brian Johnson is a movement coach/personal trainer with The Movement Dallas. His interest with health and fitness however did not start here. It started in high school while lifting weights for pole vaulting in track. He was approached to enter a local natural bodybuilding competition and from there his interest in exercise sciences was peaked. While finishing his degree he won his natural professional bodybuilding card and retired all in the same, realizing there was something greater to achieving optimal health. With an undergraduate degree in Exercise Physiology and studies in human nutrition and biochemistry he went to work for the Cooper Clinic in Dallas as an Exercise Physiologist. After years of continual study and research while gaining vast clinical knowledge he understood there was more to being ‘healthy’. While uncovering his options for something greater he ran into an old friend from college, Craig Keaton, who had founded a holistic health training center called The Movement Dallas. This was exactly what he was looking for, something that put all of the pieces together to truly give the whole picture. He now coaches as a trainer, nutritional, and lifestyle coach putting all of his experiences together to help others reach their health and fitness potential
