Brittany believes in the “2+ Theory.” She’s always on the go, and always doing more than one thing. You’ll see many fitness influences in Brittany’s classes since she’s a former competitive dancer and certified in The BEYOND Method and Baron Baptiste yoga. Brittany doesn’t believe in “quick fixes,” but instead in lifestyle changes and the total integration of mind, body and spirit to help achieve wellness. She tries to incorporate spurts of cardio, flexibility and weight training into her classes in order to design an all-encompassing workout. Brittany stresses that we cannot expect the benefits of cardio by only doing Pilates or pedaling, and vice versa. A healthy lifestyle is not a one-step approach. It’s 2+.
