Chase has been playing sports his entire life and whether he's on the court, on the field, in the pool or goofing around with friends, he likes to turn everything into a competition. In high school Chase was an All-American swimmer and water polo player where he won two states titles, was named the MVP of the Texas All-Star Game, and was selected to the San Antonio Express New All City Swim Team. After high school, Chase walked on to the nationally-ranked Southern Methodist University swim team where he competed against some of the best swimmers in the world and was named team captain his senior year.

After college, Chase started participating in triathlons as a way to stay in shape. This hobby led him to Arizona in 2009 where he completed his first Ironman competition. Chase Ingraham became lululemon NorthPark's first CrossFit ambassador in April 2010! Chase works for Crossfit Dallas Central where he trains people to achieve things greater than what they thought was possible athletically and now competes on the the CrossFit circuit. After placing first overall at sectionals and third overall at regionals, Chase brought the heat in California at The Crossfit Games. He's been known to sport red, white, and blue from head to toe while competing and has earned the nickname "Captain America" as a result of his superhero-like athletic capabilities.
