Jenny’s approach to yoga has been with the attitude of "Learn from everyone, but your practice is your own." Her personal practice has been influenced by leaders in a variety of disciplines. With focus on efficiency through alignment, awareness and breath, Jenny has made a remarkable recovery from the crippling effects of rheumatoid arthritis. It’s Jenny’s experience of renewed body, mind and spirit that compels her to share.

"When I learned, at age 20, that the pain I was experiencing was Rheumatoid Arthritis, I set out on a journey to wellness. I wasn't willing to risk the side effects of medications, so I learned to manage my health through nutrition. Though I was able to manage the disease enough to stay mobile, I had lost most of the strength and range of motion I once had. Now that I have yoga, I am experiencing amazing healing and renewed strength! I'm honored to be able to share this ancient practice with anyone who is looking for a better way to care for their body inside and out."
