Inspiring others through dance echoes true to Kelsey Vernon as she incorporates this gift with the fitness community of Denver. Beginning as a Denver Broncos cheerleader, Kelsey became a member of the Armed Forces Entertainment Tours where she travelled to the combat zones of Iraq and Afghanistan as well as Qatar, Kuwait, The UAE, Japan, Italy and Guam to serve and “give thanks” to the men and women in the Armed forces. Kelsey also volunteered as a Junior Denver Broncos cheerleader instructor, teaching dance to girls, ages 6 to 8.
Instilling her passion for dance and fueling the need to lift, tone and burn, Kelsey now shares her talents as a Pure Barre instructor in the Denver area. Kelsey enjoys using Pure Barre as a vehicle to share the foundation of ballet and pilates, while also liberating her students from life’s stresses. The added benefit of creating the perfect seat doesn’t hurt either!
