Thanks to everyone who has joined us for Sunday morning yoga! It is a one hour, open level class. A great way to get introduced to yoga or meet new yogi's in our community!
For August we are featuring instructors from Om Sweet Om in Port Washington.

It is before the mall opens, but no worries! The main doors to the mall will be open.
