After graduating with a degree in International Studies and Cultural Anthropology from Michigan State University Brynne moved to Washington DC to work in the International Development Field. It was in Washington DC that she submerged herself in yoga, and embraced a rigorous practice of Vinyasa flow as a release from the Washingtonian life style.

Inspired to continue to grow in her mind/body connection, Brynne moved back to Hawaii and began studying Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga. In love with the discipline, she took an intensive 200-hour training with Yoga Hawaii.

Currently finishing her Master’s Degree, with the Department of Education at the University of Hawaii, Brynne was inspired to teach yoga to children. Having studied intensively with Yoga Ed. she is both a Yoga Ed. instructor and trainer. For her thesis, she has successfully implemented yoga into Jarrett Middle School's after school program.

Brynne continues to practice and study Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga while apprenticing under Cathy Louise Broda of Purple Yoga for Pre-natal Yoga. With a love for yoga, Brynne teaches kids and adult yoga classes at several studios and Yoga Ed. classes at several schools across Oahu. Brynne aspires to help children, teens and adults in Hawaii and around the world find inner peace through yoga.
