Nikki Duberstein has been in the fitness industry for six years. She is certified as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). Currently, she is the personal trainer for Beaumont Hospital’s executive health program. In addition, Nikki teaches land and aquatic group classes and trains individually in several gyms around town.
Nikki’s passion comes to her rightfully after major weight loss of one hundred and fifty pounds. Her transformation was achieved solely through simultaneous discipline of mind and body. Nikki uses the experience of her own life to help move her clients forward. She believes exercise is 90% mental and 10% physical and that a strong mind is a strong body. Her own training regimen consists of weight training, walking, jogging, pilates, biking, swimming, kickboxing, and martial arts. Nikki has also participated in four marathons. More recently, she has found a new passion: BARRE INTENSITY®.
