Pure Barre Grand Rapids

Being able to teach full time and introduce so many people to the practice is a privilege and a blessing to me. My practice and teaching has evolved greatly over the years and I have been fortunate to study with many great and knowledgeable teachers locally and nationally. My formal training was in Ashtanga, however my interests have led me to contemplate many disciplines of Yoga. This journey of study has created a... Read the profile >>
