Molly likes to say she has the best job in the world, helping the best clients one can imagine, and working along with some of the best instructors in the Pilates community. As co-owner of Body Balance Pilates and Body Balance featuring Gyrotonic, Molly spends her day motivating, challenging, and building confidence in others. Co-owning the studio with her amazing business partner, Judy Frederick, together they strive to continually provide an atmosphere that is welcoming for all, fun, energetic, and professional so that the needs are met of anyone who steps in the door. They believe in supporting, learning from, and developing good relationships with other fitness professionals in the area so that knowledge and the fitness community can grow and unite.
Molly has an extensive background in the fitness industry, having worked for numerous fitness facilities, having taught Physical Education, and coaching gymnastics. Molly received her Masters Degree in Exercise and Sports Science from UNC Greensboro. Molly received her full Pilates certification with PhysicalMind, her Pilates pregnancy certification with Balance Body University, and her TRX training through TRX Professional Education. Molly is also PMA Certified and will soon be going through Gyrotonic training. She is an avid runner, outdoor adventure enthusiast, and has recently become involved in the tennis world. Molly loves it all.....Pilates (of course), yoga, TRX, races, biking, Paddleboarding,snowboarding....anything that is fun and active! Molly believes that life is simply wonderful with her husband, Matt, their dog, Vanna....and a little Lipp along the way!
