John grew up in Dedham, MA and graduated from Massachusetts Bay Community College in 2007 with an A.B. in Business Management. While at MBCC he played on the baseball team and excelled as a 1st baseman and power hitter. John graduated from an intensive 8 month strength and conditioning course at National Personal Training Institute in 2009. He is a certified personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
John came to CATZ in January 2010 as a part time strength and conditioning coach and in early 2011 was promoted to full time status. He thrives on the training floor and believes his success is driven by the day to day relationships he is able to build with the clientele.
John has also worked for the Boston Red Sox as a groundskeeper for the past 11 seasons. He considers himself to be an avid baseball fan, and looks forward to someday becoming a baseball coach, utilizing both his skill base and strength background.
