Kerry grew up in East Bridgewater, MA, dancing, playing sports and riding horses. She always worked out to stay in shape, but it wasn't until her college years and later, during her jobs in marketing, that Kerry found herself really needing stress relief and a sense of balance. Noticing the difference between a day with exercise and a day without, she realized that exercise had to become a part of her daily life.
Over the years, she has discovered that true fitness is more than just physical, and involves body, mind and spirit as a whole. The release she gets from working out, gives her a sense of calm, and keeps her centered and feeling great. And as the mother of two young children, that can make a big difference in a day!
When her sister, Jenny, moved home from LA and introduced her to the "method", Kerry was immediately hooked. She was so impressed by how this mind-body workout gave her even more energy than her usual workouts, and loved the changes it made to her body. She even noticed enhanced strength and flexibility during her yoga practice. Kerry is thrilled to have the opportunity to learn, and now teach this method. She is looking forward to sharing her love of health and fitness at Secret Physique, and hopes to motivate and inspire others.
Kerry holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, is an ACE certified Group Fitness Instructor and certified Secret Physique® Trainer.
