Julie Mills

Julie has been a certified personal trainer since 1998 and holds certifications through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). After completing her BS in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University, Julie built a successful home-based training business. She was drawn to Pilates because of its balanced approach to fitness. She became certified to teach Pilates through PhysicalMind Institute. She followed up with PhysicalMind's equipment-based Pilates certification program in 2002, which consisted of over 400 hours of intensive training. Kelly Fillnow

Kelly Fillnow spent her childhood going from morning gymnastics meets, to afternoon soccer practices, and then to evening softball games. During high school, she trained at Van der Meer tennis academy in Hilton Head Island with her twin sister and older brother. She went on to play number one singles and doubles at Davidson College for four years. While in college, she discovered a love for running and joined the cross country team. She ended up leading Davidson College to their first ever Southern Conference title and finished her career as a 10 time All Conference Honoree in tennis and cross country. Meghan Fillnow

Meghan grew up as an active child competing in soccer, basketball, softball, tennis, and gymnastics. In high school, she moved to Hilton Head Island to train at Van Der Meer tennis academy and received a scholarship to play Division I college tennis at Davidson. Meghan went on to graduate school for elementary education and running became her new passion. Since then, Meghan has qualified for the Boston Marathon seven times, with a personal best time of 2:58:25. Meghan wanted a new challenge, and discovered a love for triathlon. In her second triathlon, she placed first overall. In her debut ironman, she qualified for the Hawaii Ironman World Championships with a 10:45:04. Sandy Raper

A student of yoga for over ten years, Sandy began teaching yoga in early 2003. Sandy’s passion to teach comes from a deep desire to serve and share the gift of the practice with as many students as she can. Sandy has found that through sustained practice as a student her service as a teacher has expanded and in her next steps along this journey she desires to pass along this gift by training teachers to teach yoga and refine their teaching. Sandy has been inspired by many great yoga teachers and honors every experience and opportunity that she has had to sit under their teachings.
