Jessica began teaching yoga to teens for her Mothers fitness business at the age of sixteen in Minnesota. After taking several years off and settling in San Clemente California in 1990 where she now lives with her husband and two daughters she rediscovered her early passion for yoga. As a new mom in a new community in 1990 Jessica began teaching Mommy & Me yoga under her companies name UniversalYogis. UniversalYogis blossomed into a mat and prop company and developed yoga for babies, kids, teens, and all adult levels. These classes are offered though San Clemente Parks & Recreation at the beautiful historic Ole Hanson Beach Club. For class info. call 949-361-8264.

Jessica Seabern offers a vigorous yet calming class pairing the physical and the spiritual aspects of yoga for her students. Blending the heat building and detoxifying method of ashtanga with lighthearted yet specific instruction in a flow of asanas. She strives to offer a challenge for those who desire and modifications for students beginning their yoga journey. Jessica's goal with each class is for students to leave feeling uplifted, inspired, light, strong and peaceful.

Jessica takes yoga to a new level and is giving San Clemente and Mission Viejo residents an incredible tool for enriching their lives through physical and mental fitness. Moms, Dad's, Teens, Toddlers and Babies are Flocking to Jessica's Yoga community classes. Yoga is the perfect workout program bringing a special balance to busy lives-Woman, Men and children keep coming back for more!

Jessica has a BA in Broadcast Journalism and 33 units of Early Childhood Education. Jessica is an ERYT500 Instructor and has completed trainings in the Ashtanga method under David Swenson and Tim Miller, has completed the YogaWorks TT as well as YogaWorks wonderful Vinyasa TT under Annie carpenter, Vinnie Moreno and Sean Corn and is YogapPlay certified. She also offers her own TT's for the "Mommy & Me" program she created and retreats on Harbour Island in The Bahamas where her family has a second home.
