This self professed yoga nerd and lover of life wears a multitude of hats on any given day… and yoga helps her to put the right one on at the right time. Life is a balancing act, from attempting to take our very first steps, to confidently walking into our first day of school, to stepping into the absolute best version of who we really are. A steady practice of yoga can help us figure out the right steps to balance out our daily lives.
Tara’s extensive training in yoga anatomy and therapy, partnered with her craft in the art and skill of teaching yoga allows her to connect to and work effectively with all of her students. She also has a B.S. in Psychology from Mississippi College. Tara teaches public classes, sports trainings, as well as private therapeutic sessions and wellness classes.
