Join us for a Crossfit workout with Justin Bergh, Ambassador and Owner of Crossfit Southside, This one-hour event will consist of a 15 minutes of warm-up, 15 minute skills, and 30 minutes of Workout Of the Day (WOD). The skills portion will teaches proper body alignment and assist in pefecting moves for the WOD. Be ready to sweat! 8:30am - 10am.
