It doesn’t matter how far or how fast you run- you are a runner. That’s my favorite quote.
Jenny lost 40 pounds in 2008 and found a passion for health and fitness. In 2010, she completed her first marathon, became a Stott Pilates certified instructor and began planning for a future in Personal Training. To date, she has completed 4 marathons and continues to train, finding fun and different ways to become stronger integrating Pilates, Yoga and TRX into the routine.
Her favorite thing in the world is watching people realize that they are stronger and more capable than they realize. She can be found running the trolley trail early in the morning greeting every person passing by with a smile. Running is a fun social interaction and should never be viewed as something you “have” to do- it should be a fun time to talk to your friends, or spend time in your own head.
Jenny is so excited and honored to be a Run Ambassador at Lululemon. She is looking forward to the opportunity to further extend her network of fit, beautiful people.
Jenny also teaches Pilates and TRX as well as training private clients at City Gym in Waldo.
