Pilates, dance, yoga and more! Every Tuesday from 6:30pm-7:30pm.
SATURDAY YOGA
Join us for a complimentary all-levels yoga class followed by some healthy refreshments every Saturday morning from 8:30-9:30 am.
SUNDAY FUNDAY GROUP RUN
An all-levels playful group run every Sunday at 8:30am with 2 mile, 3 mile, and 5 mile options. Come dressed to run and enjoy a post-run reception every Sunday!
