Sheri, a local runner and spin instructor for the past 6 years, is passionate about being a positive part people’s fitness goals and active lifestyles. After graduating from the University of San Diego, she made San Diego her permanent home, thankful every day to live America’s Finest City. An avid runner and cyclist, she enjoys ensuring others not only achieve success with their health goals, but create happier, healthier, lifestyles long term. Sheri has seen the positive effects of group spin in her own running and aims to lead by example, running numerous half marathons each year, completing two full marathons and setting two personal records in 2013. When she’s not running, she loves encouraging and supporting runners and events in our community. Motivation is an art she is constantly mastering and she does it with a smile.
