Rachael Sellars

Rachael Sellars is from Toronto, Canada and is currently residing in Las Vegas, Nevada. At a young age, she began her journey through the art of dance and had the luxury to perform all around the world. Highlight of career was kicking on stage as a New York Radio City Rockette for 7 years and appearing on Oprah. Show business brought her to Vegas where she stepped into her 1st Yoga class and never looked back. Rachael has been teaching since 2002 and is a driving force behind the growth of Yoga in Las Vegas.
In her vinyasa-based classes one can expect a creative, yet disciplined, keen eye for alignment and playful style that provides both beginners and advanced, people of all ages and abilities to explore, heal and integrate body and mind in a safe, loving environment. She has studied all types of Yoga with many influential teachers that have inspired her practice and her teaching style, but one teacher in particular is Annie Carpenter, whom she continues to apprentice under and assists her teacher trainings at Exhale in Venice, CA. Her sensitive approach to mentoring practitioners in training and watch them blossom on and off the mat is rooted in deep respect and passion for Yoga. Rachael hopes to educate, motivate and elevate others to live to their fullest, most creative and authentic potential.
One can find her teaching group classes at Yoga Sanctuary Yoga Studio, Fitness facilities, Notable Las Vegas Spas, Cirque Shows, Hotels, Wellness Corporations and has a large private client base throughout the city. Rachael is also licensed in Massage and Bodywork Modalities, which has helped her hone her teaching skills. With this vast professional background in Dance, Theatre, Fitness, Yoga and Massage her career has given her the knowledge and understanding of integrating physical, mental and emotional wellness.
