Carrie Hohl

Yoga Gallery and Life Springs Med Spa

Although initially drawn to yoga in 2002 for the physical benefits that a regular practice can provide, Carrie’s yoga practice quickly became an integral part of her life. In 2011 she completed her 200hour Registered Yoga Training with Yoga Alliance under the guidance of Christy Burnette.
As an engineer by day, Carrie felt naturally at home with the more alignment-driven systems of yoga, but she was challenged and intrigued by the freedom and expression inhabited by Vinyasa and the flowing styles of practice. Through extensive study with master teachers Christy Burnette and Desirée Rumbaugh, Carrie has developed a strong fundamental basis in alignment that she is able to use to support and enhance her Vinyasa-based practice. It is this foundation that has given Carrie her voice as a teacher and directed focus for her instruction. Her experiences and education have grown her practice beyond her wildest expectations, and she hopes that when she walks into the studio she is able to share some of the passion and knowledge gained from her teachers with others.
As a compliment to her 200-RYT, Carrie has attended teacher trainings with Max Strom, Jamie Elmer, and Rolf Gates. Additionally, she has had the good fortune of studying with Christina Sell, Amy Ippoliti, and Noah Maze, all of who continue to inspire and guide her practice today.
