Yoga started for Rachel as a support for a demanding dance career in the bustling city of New York. Being amazed at how much yoga taught her about being good to not only her body but also her mind, she embarked on her first yoga training in 2005 during a 3 month period in India and since then has experienced and trained in a wide variety of traditional and modern yoga forms.
Rachel’s teaching lies within the dynamic flow style that populates the LA yoga scene. She gives her students a strong, energetic practice that allows freedom on the mat and where balance, stillness and connection to self can be found through the moving meditation of her carefully choreographed flow. Her decades worth experience of teaching movement makes her classes not only fun and entertaining but informative and rich in variety.
Rachel has never lost her creative drive and throughout her teaching career has always been looking for ways to merge her passion for yoga, dance and creative culture together. She currently teaches in the following London studios: Evolve Wellness, Triyoga and is the yoga coordinator for Equinox first London club
