Yoga Shack

Katrina Bultje Yoga started for me when I was 16, and I started teaching karma yoga shortly after. What started as a fill-in position at the YMCA turned into a passion for my students and love of all things yoga. Community is what drew me in to yoga and has connected me wherever life takes me. I completed my training at the Sivananda Ashram in Val Morin, Quebec in July 2009, and am so excited to be a part of the Yoga Shack family. I am currently pursuing an undergrad in Women’s Studies and Feminist Research at the University of Western Ontario. I also work at Lululemon Masonville, where all my passions come together; community, yoga, and fun! For me, yoga is about finding joy on the mat, and letting it trickle through the rest of life.
