With over 20 years experience in all aspects of the fitness industry, John Kocaj discovered his true passion is teaching group fitness classes. His strong desire for inspiring participants to reach their fitness goals along with his own love of fitness has proven to be a perfect combination. John is known for his positive attitude, challenging workouts, and humorous demeanor. His versatility and creativeness allow him to teach a wide range of classes such as VIPR, EQ36, Strength training, and indoor cycling. John is currently Schwinn Certified and holds Certifications from NASM and ISSA. John is the Fitness Manager for Equinox Woodbury, where he takes pride in educating personal trainers and interacting with members.
