Kim Jacobs has been in the fitness industry for more than 24 years. She holds certifications as an ACE Personal Trainer, AASDN Nutrition Specialist, & AFAA Group Exercise Instructor (with additional certifications from Johnny G Spin & TRX).
Kim’s training style combines resistance and flexibility with cardio - the perfect combination for long, lean, sculpted muscles.
She is passionate about fitness and believes we all deserve to be the best version of ourselves we can be.
She currently offers private & group personal training sessions and teaches spinning, boxing, body sculpting & TRX.
