For years, Alison played with various forms of yoga, always knowing something great was waiting there for her. Finally, during a period in life full of challenges, she picked up a brochure that read: “40 Days to transform your life”. Well, it worked—yoga changed her life as she knew it. Since then, having studied with many instructors, in various styles, it was the Power Vinyasa practice which resonated most in her. Alison went on to complete a 200-hour Vinyasa certification with Down Dog Yoga, followed by Level 1 and Level 2 teacher training with Baron Baptiste. She now feels it is time to share her life changing experience with others and to spread the power of transformation through yoga.
Alison’s practice in yoga continues to enrich her life as it does in all of the lives it touches.
