Chris Wilson is the founder and one of the teachers at Union Yoga. He sees yoga as a simple intimacy and participation with life itself, and is continually inspired by the transformation and empowerment of people through this practice. In recent years Chris’s training has gravitated towards Power Vinyasa and Anusara Yoga, with his primary influence being the teachings of Baron Baptiste. I now teach Body Attack, Body Step & am a national presenter for Les Mills in Body Balance. I love a good mix of crazy cardio & stay grounded by calming myself through Yoga! Hi, I'm Kylie Patterson (aka KP) and I'm so passionate about physical activity for everyone that I spend all day helping people be active. I'm a physiotherapist with a special interest in exercise based treatment and also teach group fitness classes- body pump, body attack, rpm, zumba and body balance. I love helping people to recover from injury and then get fit and stay that way. I love feeling fit and strong and participate in fun runs with my friends- we usually go for poached eggs afterwards! Zane Hoare has been interested in Fitness all of his life. Growing up in a country town, Zane played many different sports including; Australian Rules Football, Water skiing, Cricket, Basketball and even Field and Game clay target shooting where he won a New South Wales State Championship. In 2000, Zane completed a Bachelor of Education Degree, majoring in Physical Education. Zane is a Senior Trainer at CrossFit Victoria (Firebrand Fitness). He participated in the first ever CrossFit Certification seminar held in Australia in October 2008 and became a CrossFit Level 1 Certified Trainer.
